PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit pattern magnetic recording medium which effectively suppresses an increase in mutual static magnetic action between magnetic dots even in the case of high-density arrangement while it is necessary that a means for suppressing an increase in mutual static magnetic action between magnetic dots is introduced without reducing a magnetic dot size to realize a surface recording density of 1Tbit/in 2 or more in a bit pattern magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: The bit pattern magnetic recording medium having magnetic anisotropy in a vertical direction and including a magnetic film patterned into a dot shape is characterized in that some dots are coupled together in a track longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This mixed flour for the food is obtained by blending 1 to 200 pts.wt. yeast and 0.01 pt.wt. lactobacillus with 100 pts.wt. cereal flour or cereal flour-processed material and making 1 to 10% water content, and the food by using the same is also provided. In the production of a fermented food requiring the addition of new microorganisms on processing, since the necessary yeast and lactobacillus are already blended, the addition of the new microorganisms becomes unnecessary and it becomes possible to easily produce good fermented foods easily in various occasions. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lactic acid bacterium that has excellent low-temperature proliferation potency and lactic acid production ability, high resistance to various stresses and characteristic glucide assimilation ability. SOLUTION: Lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus sakei KLB 3138aC strain having excellent low-temperature proliferation potency and lactic acid production ability, high resistance to various stresses and characteristic glucide assimilation ability is newly separated. The lactic acid bacterium has more excellent low-temperature proliferation potency and low-temperature lactic acid production ability than those of conventional strain Lactobacillus sakei NBRC 3541 strain and loses glucide melibiose fermentation property having important meaning in terms of classification of Lactobacillus sakei. Since the Lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus sakei KLB 3138aC strain has glucide fermentation property approximately similar to that of NBRC 3541 strain but loses melibiose fermentation property and maltose fermentation property, melibiose and maltose highly remain in a fermented substance by the lactic acid bacterium. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively recover a phosphate ion in a river, a lake, a marsh or waste water, each of which contains phosphorus, and in addition to the use of the once recovered phosphorus as resources to further effectively utilize silicic acid as silicate fertilizer by increasing the concentration of silicic acid to be eluted from a phosphorus recovering material containing silicic acid as a principal component. SOLUTION: The phosphorus recovering material is produced by using chaff being organic waste or diatomaceous earth being a natural base stock as a raw material and consists of a carbonized material on which calcium is deposited by an optional weight ratio. The method for producing the phosphorus recovering material comprises the steps of: impregnating chaff with a calcium solution obtained by suspending or dissolving calcium hydroxide; and carbonizing the calcium solution-impregnated chaff. The effectiveness of the phosphorus recovering material as silicate fertilizer can be obtained by increasing the concentration of silicic acid to be eluted from the phosphorus recovering material which is produced from chaff or diatomaceous earth and contains silicic acid as the principal component.
