Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette device which can easily separate the upper part and lower part of a casing from each other, and accurately connect them with each other. SOLUTION: The pipette device comprises a drive unit arranged in the upper part of the casing and having a movable drive element, a spigot receiver arranged in the upper part of the casing, a displacement device with a displacement chamber comprising a claw receiver inside the spigot receiver, and the upper part and lower part of the casing, a seat arranged in the lower part of the casing and detachably holding a pipette point connected with the displacement chamber via a channel, a spigot arranged in the lower part of the casing and inserted into the spigot receiver, a snap hook arranged on the spigot and having a claw engaging with the claw receiver when the spigot is inserted into the spigot receiver, a springy shaft being deflectable transversely to the axis of the spigot for lifting off the claw out of the claw receiver, a lock release ring moving on the spigot, a wedge gear on the shaft and the lock release ring, bending the snap hook backward according to the displacement of the lock release ring and a coupling device for coupling the drive element and the displacement device when the spigot is inserted into the spigot receiver. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipet device capable of operating in the same operation stroke relative to all set dosages. SOLUTION: The pipet device comprises a displacement chamber, a flexible membrane that comparts the displacement chamber, a throttle device that is provided with at least one controllable throttle opening deformable on a straight line in the central area of the flexible membrane and covers an edge area of the flexible membrane, a drive device that deforms the flexible membrane, a coupling device positioned between the drive device and the flexible membrane to couple the drive device with the flexible membrane, a neck that detachably holds the tip part of the pipet, and a connection tube that detachably holds the displacement chamber and the tip part of the pipet with the neck. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dosing liquid, capable of exactly and dynamically detecting the volume of dosed liquid. SOLUTION: In the method for dosing the liquid, a liquid passage of a sample pickup portion with a pickup volume is dipped into a liquid, and a negative pressure generated by a gas displacement system is suddenly applied to a gas passage; the drive of the gas displacement system is readjusted, such that a constant negative working pressure exists in the sample pickup portion, and a taken sample volume is detected with the aid of a driving path of the drive; the detected taken volume is compared with a predetermined value; when the predetermined value is reached by the taken volume, the negative pressure applied on the sample pickup portion is suddenly abated, and the liquid passage is pulled out of the liquid, and the liquid passage is directed towards a releasing location, and parameters are determined from the values of the taken volume, the negative working pressure and the time period required to take up the volume; and an overpressure is applied to the gas passage, and the moment at which a volume to be released is released, is determined with the aid of the parameters and the overpressure, and when the moment is reached, the overpressure applied to the sample pickup portion is abated sharply.
