Provided are an input apparatus for a portable terminal and a method for manufacturing the same. The input apparatus for a portable terminal can be used as a switch for portable terminals and other electronic products required to be light weight, slim, and compact, is capable of detecting On/Off format signals, and has the advantage of also being able to detect signals that are quantitatively variable according to the strength of contacting force and the direction of pressing force.

Provided is a flexible tactile sensor module and a method for manufacturing the flexible tactile sensor module. In the flexible tactile sensor module, a terminal having a flat cable shape and connected to an electrode line of a tactile sensor is formed together with the tactile sensor. Therefore, the flexible tactile sensor module can be conveniently used by inserting the flexible tactile sensor module into a connector socket connected to a control unit.

The present invention relates to a photodetector using MOSFET with quantum channels and a method for making thereof. A photodetector using MOSFET with quantum channels according to the present invention comprises a quantum channel formed on an activated SOI wafer; a gate oxide film covering said quantum channel; a gate formed so as to control carrier current at said quantum channel; a source and a drain formed at both ends of said channel area; and metal layers connected with said gate, said source and said drain. Thus, the photodetector according to the present invention can obtain more excellent photocurrent characteristics compared with the existing SOI MOSFET device by forming quantum channels on the SOI MOSFET. The MOSFET with quantum channels according to the present invention can be used as a good photodetector maintaining advantages of the existing MOSFET such as ease in integration and high speed.

This invention relates to the spherical motor device that is sphereshaped and controls the three-dimensional movement. This invention is characterized with the sphere shaped outer casing that is empty inside and cut in both front side and the backside, the sphere-shaped moving part supports the moving objects, the actuator operates the moving part, the ball, the retainer, the pins and the supporting structure. This invention can be used as a pan-tilt actuator characterized with pan-tilt movement achieved by newly developed modification of contact force by piezoelectric ceramics. Also, this invention has wider driving range than the prior techniques, working in an ultrasound range, making less noise. With this spherical motor device, it is possible to manufacture miniaturized products because the device generates higher torque with a smaller size. This invention can be applied in security or surveillance cameras and actuator in joints of robots.

항만 터미널 간 이송장비 공유 방법 및 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이송장비 공유 방법은, 제1 항만 터미널 운영자 단말이 이송장비 공유 시스템을 통해 유휴 상태의 이송장비를 등록하면, 제2 항만 터미널 운영자 단말이 이송장비 공유 시스템에 등록된 이송장비를 임대 신청하고, 이송장비 공유 시스템이 제1 항만 터미널 운영자 단말에 이송장비의 임대 승인을 요청하며, 제1 항만 터미널 운영자 단말로부터 임대가 승인되면 이송장비 공유 시스템이 제2 항만 터미널 운영자 단말에 이송장비 임대 확정을 통보한다. 이에 의해, 특정 항만 터미널에서 물동량이 많지 않아 소유하고 있는 유휴 중인 이송장비들이 늘어날 경우, 물동량이 많은 다른 항만 터미널로 일정 기간 동안 임대해 줌으로써, 상호 터미널간에 이송장비의 수요 불균형을 줄이고 이로 인한 경제적 이익을 공유하는 것이 가능해진다.

The present invention relates to a precursor composition comprising i) at least one metal-organic silver compound, ii) at least one metal-organic palladium compound, iii) at least one metal-organic copper compound, and iv) at least one solvent, wherein the composition comprises components i), ii) and iii) in such a relative amount that the composition comprises - at least 90 wt.-% of silver, - 0.01 to 5 wt.-% of palladium, and - 0.01 to 5 wt.-% of copper, in each case based on the total amount of metals in the precursor composition. A freight transport safety system and a terminal thereof are provided. A freight transport safety system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a safety sensor node configured to compare 3-axis acceleration data, which is measured according to driving of a freight vehicle, with a predetermined threshold value, and detect safety sensor data exceeding the threshold value; a smart terminal configured to collect the safety sensor data from the safety sensor node through a near-field communication, analyze the safety sensor information, and warn a driver of freight transport safety information including at least one of road surface condition information, a driver's quick lane change information, quick acceleration information, and quick deceleration information; and a freight safety control server configured to receive at least one of the safety sensor information and the freight transport safety information from the smart terminal through a wireless communication, store the received information, search a safe path suitable for freight transport according to a request from the smart terminal, and provide the searched safe path.

In summary, an asynchronous multimedia retrieval method is provided as including: a client establishing the first session as requesting to the server; transmitting to the server the retrieval inquiry message for contents that the server needs; terminating the first session after the retrieval inquiry; establishing the second session and requesting to the server the result for the retrieval inquiry at a certain point in time that the previously set time has passed; and receiving the retrieval result from the server and terminating the second session.

A wireless pointing device, a terminal equipment with the same, and a pointing method using the wireless pointing device are disclosed. A disclosed wireless pointing device includes a lighting means, an image acquisition area, an image formation means, a light receiving means, a movement detection means, and a wireless communication means. The subject is the surface of a finger, a lattice pattern or a perceivable pattern. One example wireless pointing device is combined with a fingerprint sensor to collect a user's fingerprint during operation of the pointing device and compare the fingerprint with an existing registered fingerprint without a separate fingerprint authentication procedure. A disclosed wireless pointing method includes displaying and activating menu items requiring a settlement service and personal information if a user's fingerprint is identical with a registered fingerprint, and deactivating menu items requiring a settlement service and personal information if a user's fingerprint is not identical with a registered fingerprint.
