PURPOSE: An electronic switching apparatus is provided to control noise occurrence by fixing a fixing core to a lower part and directly connecting a moving core to moving contact at an upper part. CONSTITUTION: A driving part(230) drives a moving contact(220) by using electromechanical power. A fixing core(231) is fixed to be not carried by a magnetic force. A cross section of an upper part of a moving core(232) is combined with the moving contact and formed to be narrower. A coil(233) contacts the moving contact with a fixing contact by driving the moving core to be separated from the fixing core.

PURPOSE: A method for detecting the speed of a motor is provided to measure the speed of the motor without an error even if a new pulse is inputted while measuring the speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A first M value corresponding to transition counts of an phase signal and a B phase signal is saved in a first reference transition time which is reference waveform transition timing(S1). A first T value offered from a timer is provided to the first reference transition time(S2). The timer counts corresponding to the transition counts of the phase signal and the B phase signal. A second M value is saved in a second reference transition time(S3). A second T value offered from the timer is provided to the second reference transition time(S4). The speed of a motor is obtained as the first M value and a first T value in case the first M value and the second M value are same. The speed of the motor is obtained as the second M value and the second T value in case the first M value and the second M value are different.

PURPOSE: An electromagnetic switching device is provided to minimize a time of extinguishing an arc by restoring a movable contact to an initial position through a metal plate attached to the permanent of the movable contact and housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing(214) has a metal plate on the top. A fixed contact(211) is formed in one side of the housing in horizontal direction. A permanent magnet(216) is corresponded to a metal plate. A movable contact(212) is moved to the metal plate through a permanent magnet. The driving unit(220) drives the movable contact and is contacted to or is separated from the fixed contact.

PURPOSE: A relay is provided to shorten the driving force of a relay by reinforcing a driving force supplied to a shaft from an excitation coil to make the movable contact contacted to the fixed contact. CONSTITUTION: A moving contact(120) is contacted to or is separated from a fixed contact. A shaft(131) supports the moving contact, and an excite coil(132) supplies a driving force to the shaft. A rewinding spring(133) supplies an elastic force in a downward separation direction from the fixed contact. A driving reinforcement unit(140) reinforces the driving force to the shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A trip button unit provides a member which makes a user operate a trip. A remote operation handle trip button(240) is extended from the trip button unit. An extension support unit(232) is downwardly extended from the upper side of the remote operation handle. A connection unit connects a first vertical extension unit to a second vertical extension unit. A returning spring(250) provides elasticity to return a button to an original position.

PURPOSE: An energy control system, an energy control apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to maintain a total energy consumption amount less than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION: An energy control system comprises an input device(21), a first receiving device(22), a second receiving device(23), a comparison device(24), and a generation device(25). The input device receives upper limit information of a total energy usage cost for a predetermined period from an energy consumer. The first receiving device receives energy price information from a central server. The second receiving device receives energy consumption information from a meter. The comparison device compares an upper limit of the total energy usage cost inputted through the input device and total energy usage cost for the predetermined period in the central server or a portable terminal. The generation device generates an alarm when the total energy usage cost inputted through the input device exceeds the upper limit.
