Abstract:
An electrical connection (40) on a printed circuit board (32) is led out of a shielding housing (12) to provide EMC. One wall (16) of the housing (12) is provided with a slit (18) through which a projection (36) of the printed circuit board (32) that bears the electrical connection (40) can extend. The edges (20) of the slit (18) are provided with a contact strip (24) in contact with an electroconductive coating (38) of the printed circuit board (32).
Abstract:
A current supply arrangement has several identical, mutually uncoupled power packs connected in parallel. The individual power packs generate coupled output voltages one of which is regulated by a pulse duty factor control and the others are linearly corrected. Thanks to a correction such that an output voltage set/real value comparison can be dispensed with and the averaging of all current real values and the mismatching of a set/real current comparison is carried out, a current distribution among the individual power packs that remains constant in all circumstances, a reduction of power losses, a fail-safety by redundancy and a possible hot board replacement are obtained.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a housing which comprises a cuboid frame (1) with a cover surface (2), side wall sections (5), a covering section (16) and a front screen (4). The housing is assembled such that the side wall sections (5) cover the locking catches (8) of the previously assembled front screen (4) and the covering section (16), which can be slid on laterally, covers the snap-in catches (12) of the previously assembled side wall sections (5). The front screen, which is assembled first, comprises a lock with a bolt (20) which, in the closed state, can be slid in front of a locking element (21) in the covering section (16) and thus prevents the latter from sliding back.
Abstract:
An electrographic printer for printing strip-like substrates (10) in the duplex and simplex printing modes has two transfer stations (15/1, 15/2) which can be swung to and from the photoconductor drum (11). The first transfer station (15/1) serves to transfer obverse toner images and the second (15/2) reverse images. Between the transfer stations there is a mechanical buffer store (29) and a reversing device (28) with an intermediate fixing station in front of it in the form of a flash fixing station (31).
Abstract:
A protected recording device fitted between a data processing and an output unit and designed in such a way that it can be easily seen from the output data whether the data have been recorded.
Abstract:
An electro-photographic printing system is proposed for printing on both sides of a tape-type narrow printing medium (10) and for printing on one side of a wide printing medium or of several parallel narrow printing mediums (10/1, 10/2, 10/3). The proposed system comprises a printing module which is configured for printing on printing mediums of differing widths. Inside the printing module are detachably mounted a feed module and a reversing module (28) by which the narrow recording medium (10) is reversed following printing on its front side and led once again through the printing module to undergo printing on its rear side.
Abstract:
An electrographic printer or copier has a thermo-fixing station with a fuse roller containing a heater (10) and a counter-roller (12) as well as a fuse roller recognition system. The fuse roller recognition system contains a function control arrangement (34, 35) to set the operating parameters of the fixing station depending on fuse-roller-specific characteristics which are arranged in a coding region on the fuse roller and are scanned by a scanning device (24).
Abstract:
A keyboard consists of a housing in two parts (1, 2) that contain each a field of keys and that may swivel around a pivot. A bearing plate (3) is secured to the bottom plates of both parts of the housing, so that the parts of the housing may swivel like wings in relation to the bearing plate (3) and may be inclined with respect to each other in a roof-like manner by means of a hinge-like joint (5) integrated in the bearing plate (3). Holding means (4, 6, 7) provided on the lower side of the bearing plate lock the bearing plate in at least one angle of inclination.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a process for the automatic initial or update installation of software for data-processing apparatus. A target computer is connected by a network to a supply system and from there loads an auxiliary operating system by means of a boot programme stored in a read-only memory. This auxiliary operating system fetches the software ordered by the customer from the supply system and installs it in operator-free manner.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a printer with a friction feed for processing continuous stock. To this end it comprises a friction feed (8) consisting of friction rollers, between which the point substrate (A) is fed, and a paper feed device (PZ). In the paper feed device (PZ), the print substrate (A) is adjusted in a web centring device (3) and then braked in the substrate feed direction so that the substrate (A) assumes a predetermined position in the friction feed (8). Thereafter the substrate web is stabilised by stabilising rollers (9) in a stabilising region and advanced to the feed (8) of the printer (DA) via a paper tensioner (10).
