Abstract:
A battery module includes a plurality of unit batteries, each unit battery having a terminal having a terminal contact portion. A electrically conductive adaptor connects the terminals of adjacent unit batteries, the electrically conductive adaptor having an adaptor contact surface. The terminal contact portion has a contact portion contact surface coupled to the adaptor contact surface. The contact portion contact surface and the adaptor contact surface are parallel to a longitudinal axis of the terminal.
Abstract:
There are provided an apparatus and a method of modeling a game, which allow a designer to more easily model the game in making the game. The method includes the steps of forming independent game objects as finite state machine (FSMs), forming the FSMs having correlation among the game object FSMs as one interconnected FSM, and transforming the interconnected FSM into a Petri net.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having a first conductivity type and having an upper portion, a pair of bit lines extending in a first direction and doped with an impurity of a second conductivity type opposite to the first conductivity type and spaced from one another in the upper portion of the semiconductor substrate, a first line formed between the pair of bit lines having a plurality of alternating recessed device isolation regions and channel regions, with each of the channel regions contacting each bit line of the at least one pair of bit lines, and word lines formed at right angles to the first lines and covering the channel regions.
Abstract:
An ear-jack of a portable terminal according to an embodiment includes a body having a passage into which a plug can be inserted; a first speaker terminal disposed at the passage of the body, for electrical connection with the plug; a second speaker terminal disposed at a rear of the first speaker terminal, for electrical connection with the plug; and a microphone terminal disposed at the passage of the body such that the microphone terminal is prevented from being shorted to the second speaker terminal when the plug is inserted into the passage of the body.
Abstract:
A secondary battery module includes unit batteries arranged adjacent to each other in a battery group, the battery group having outermost surfaces. A first end-plate is disposed on one of the outermost surfaces, and a second end-plate disposed on another of the outermost surfaces. A connection rod is fixed to the first end-plate and the second end-plate through fastening members. A thickness of the first end-plate is smaller than a thickness of the first fastening member.
Abstract:
A secondary battery module includes a unit battery pack having a plurality of unit batteries arranged at predetermined intervals, and a housing having the unit battery pack disposed in the housing. A heat transfer medium for controlling temperature of the plurality of unit batteries circulates in the housing. A first dispersion plate is fixedly disposed in the housing so as to be adjacent to the unit battery pack, and distributes the heat transfer medium between the plurality of unit batteries. A second dispersion plate is slidably disposed on the first dispersion plate, and distributes the heat transfer medium between the plurality of unit batteries.
Abstract:
A secondary battery module includes a body having a channel for channeling a cooling medium and a plurality of receiving portions mounted on the body, wherein unit batteries are insertable into the plurality of receiving portions.
Abstract:
A loading error restoring apparatus and method of an exchange are disclosed. A client processor loads a specific program related to a switching system and checks whether a loading error occurs more than a predetermined number of times in the loading process. If so, the client processor transmits a load request signal identifying a requested program to a loading server. In response, the loading server transmits a load reply signal containing the requested program, if it is available. Thereafter, the client processor checks whether the requested program exists in the transmitted load reply signal and loads the transmitted program to an associated disk and memory if the requested program exists.
Abstract:
A battery module with a cooling system capable of ventilating a uniform amount of air through the respective unit cells. The battery module includes a plurality of unit cells spaced from each other and a housing for accommodating the unit cells therein. The housing has an inflow guide side inclined with respect to the direction perpendicular to the interfacial surfaces of the plurality of unit cells, an air inlet for introducing a temperature controlling air, and an air outlet for discharging the air ventilated through the unit cells.
Abstract:
A secondary battery module includes a unit battery aggregate having a plurality of unit batteries arranged spaced from each other; a housing adapted to receive the unit battery aggregate; and a communicating member installed inside the housing, the communicating member adapted to supply a cooling medium flowing into the housing between a plurality of the unit batteries. The housing includes an inlet for flowing temperature control air into the unit battery aggregate, an outlet for flowing out the air passing through the unit battery, and a communicating member arranged perpendicular to the direction of inflow and outflow of the air with respect to the inlet and the outlet to communicate with a flowing channel between unit batteries, respectively.
