Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a skin topical preparation composition which produces a natural moisturizing factor while increasing the lipid synthesis for the skin moisturizing, and prevents skin diseases, such as xeroderma. CONSTITUTION: A skin topical preparation composition comprises 0.0001-20 wt.% of d-fructose 1,6-diphosphate or a derivative thereof. The derivative is formed with barium salt, di-barium salt, sodium salt, di-sodium salt, tri-sodium salt, tetra-sodium salt, potassium salt, calcium salt, di-calcium salt, di-magnesium salt, or cyclohexylamine salt.
