Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotating method using attraction is provided to obtain power by using such natural forces as gravitation, attraction, buoyancy, and magnetism. CONSTITUTION: Attraction materials(4) are placed to easily move horizontally by centering on a rotating shaft. The attraction materials have strong pulling force. The attraction materials are placed circularly or spirally to be the closest to the shaft in the direction in which attraction acts by installing a centripetal force rail. One side is the farthest from the shaft. According to the deflection of the forces at the centrifugal part and the centripetal part, rotational force is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus providing for providing and using tree-dimensional images substituted for a user on a cyber-space are provided to improve a reality of a cyber-space by using directly a user's image. CONSTITUTION: A user stores his own two-dimensional image to a PC by using a scanner or a digital camera. The user selects only his own face by using a graphic application and stores the selected image to the PC. The image file is stored as a Pict file or a JEPG file or a BMP file or a GIF file or a TIFF file. The user's PC is connected with a main server(11) by using a modem. The user requests the publication of an ID to the main server(11). The user inputs general information and his image to the main server(11). The main server(11) manufactures the user's three-dimensional image. The user receives a password and the ID from the main server(11).
