Abstract: 본 발명은 재열콘덴서를 갖는 항온항습기에 관한 것으로, 항온항습기의 실외열교환기에서 토출된 냉매를 실내기의 실내팽창밸브 및 재열콘덴서에 투입할 수 있는 실내팽창밸브 입력관 및 재열콘덴서 입력관을 구비하고, 이들 각 입력관에 선택적으로 열리는 제1전자밸브 및 제2전자밸브를 마련하고, 상기 재열콘덴서 출력관에서 토출된 냉매는 상기 제1전자밸브를 거치지 않고 상기 실내팽창밸브에 투입되게 연결하고, 항온항습기의 제습 운전시에는 상기 제1전자밸브는 닫고 제2전자밸브는 열어, 압축기에서 압축된 고온고압의 가스냉매를 상기 실외열교환기에 투입하여 액냉매로 응축시키고, 상기 실외열교환기에서 응축된 액냉매를 상기 재열콘덴서, 상기 실내팽창밸브 및 상기 실내팽창밸브에 연결된 실내열교환기에 순차 투입하여 재열콘덴서 및 실내열교환기에서 각각 액냉매의 과냉각 및 증발이 이루어지게 하고, 동시에 실내 공기를, 냉매의 증발이 이루어지는 상기 실내열교환기를 통과시키면서 제습되게 하고, 제습된 실내 공기를 다시 상기 재열콘덴서를 통과시켜 재열(reheat) 되게 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a constant temperature and humidity apparatus having a reheating condenser. The constant temperature and humidity apparatus includes an indoor expansion valve input pipe and a reheating condenser input pipe for putting refrigerants discharged from an outdoor heat exchanger of the constant temperature and humidity apparatus into an indoor expansion valve and a reheating condenser of an indoor unit, and first and second electronic valves selectively open to the respective input pipes; makes a connection so that the refrigerant discharged from a reheating condenser output pipe is inserted to the indoor expansion valve without passing through the first electronic valve; closes the first electronic valve while opening the second electronic valve during dehumidifying operation of the constant temperature and humidity apparatus in order to insert high-temperature high-pressure gas refrigerants from the compressor to the outdoor heat exchanger to condense the gaseous refrigerants into a liquid refrigerants; sequentially inserts the liquid refrigerants condensed by the outdoor heat exchanger to the reheating condenser, the indoor expansion valve, and the indoor heat exchanger connected to the indoor expansion valve to undergo subcooling and evaporation of liquid refrigerant in the reheating condenser and the indoor heat exchanger, respectively, and, at the same time, has indoor air pass through the indoor heat exchanger, in which the refrigerants are evaporated, has the dehumidified indoor air pass through the reheating condenser to dehumidify the indoor air, and has the dehumidified air pass through the reheat condenser to reheat the air.
