    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for supplying a payment of an Internet user using an ARS is provided to pay a cost on the Internet by linking the currently used 700-service(Korean charged information service number for telephone) with an Internet system. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user connects to an Internet web site initially, the user joins to the membership for using contents thereof(1000). If the user inputs necessary contents and presses a transmission button, the contents are transmitted to a web server(1010). The web server stores the contents in a client database(1020). In case that the user connects to the 700-system using a wire or wireless telephone(1030), the 700-system transmits contents for making the user sense the system as an Internet information rental fee paying system to the user, and the user is requested for inputting a number(1040). If the user inputs a number(1050), the 700-system compares the number with contents being stored in the client database(1060). If the compared result is identified, the 700-system requests an input of a command for a payment progress(1080). If the user inputs the command(1090), the corresponding contents are transmitted to the user and paying detail and paying period are in a certification database(1600).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for processing perfluorinated compounds(PFC) using an oxygen incubating method is provided to eliminate the PFC, by using oxygen-incubated air and double-pipe type helical flame, and by purifying exhausted gas through an exhaust gas processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A system for processing perfluorinated compounds(PFC) using an oxygen incubating method comprises an oxygen incubating supply apparatus(11), a premixing apparatus(13), a combustion chamber(15), an inner combustion chamber(16) and an exhaust gas processing apparatus. The oxygen-incubated separating and supplying apparatus generates high density oxygen-incubated air. The premixing apparatus respectively premixes fuel with air and fuel with PFC. The combustion chamber forms helical flame, composed of a double-pipe type. A material of a metal net or honeycomb type is inserted into the inner combustion chamber which increases a flame temperature and radiant heat. The exhaust gas processing apparatus wet-processes exhausted gas after processing a combustion of the PFC.
