Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable electronic contacting apparatus is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of an electronic equipment by automatically operating the portable electronic contacting apparatus as soon as user's hands contacts thereto for using it. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing case(3) is comprised of a voltage supply(9), a maintain unit(2), a hold unit(1), and an electronic device(6) therein and provided with an auto hold terminal(4), first and second control terminals(5,28). The voltage supply(9) supplies voltage in order to operate the electronic device(6). The hold unit(1) supplies or breaks the voltage from the voltage supply(9) to the electronic device(6) and is comprised of a switching circuit and a boosting circuit. The maintain unit(2) operates the hold unit(1) to supply and break the voltage from the voltage supply(9) to the electronic device(6). The auto hold terminal(4) is adhered to an outer surface of the waterproofing case(3) and used as a contact switch and a control switch. The first control terminal(5) is adhered to the outer surface of the waterproofing case(3).
