A packing(3) is fit in the lower face of ring projection(2) in the inner wall of the lower part of a nonmagnetic material pipe(1). A permanent magnet(4) is installed in a shaft of a fixed valve(5) to the upper direction, and a spring(8) is supported in a protrusive rod(7) resiliently. An elbow(9) is combined in a bolt of the nonmagnetic material pipe and a packing(10) is fit on a ring projection(20). A hose(16) is inserted in a water supply pipe(11), having an opening and closing ball(14) inside, on a packing(13) in the upper face of a ring projection(12) of the water supply pipe. A coupling nut(17) installed on the outside of the hose is connected in the upper part of the nonmagnetic material pipe, and a hole(19) is made in the bottom of a cylinder(18) on the side of the nonmagnetic material pipe. A permanent magnet(23) is inserted in a wide hole(25) of a piston(22) having space(21), and a steel plate(24) of 'L' form is squeezed in a recessed groove. The piston is installed in the cylinder, and a cover(29) fitting an O-ring(28) is connected in a nut of the upper part of a compression space(27).
