Abstract: The apparatus draws the medical extract from the chinese herb by use of a heat-resisting ceramic pot, so as effectively to draw the extract by generating subtained natural convection in boiling the herb within the ceramic pot. The appartus comprises a hook (23) for fixing a lid to an upper part of a cylindrical casing (21); a chinese herb inlet port (22a)/a vacuum suction port (22b) extended to the inner part of the casing (21); a plate (22c) fixed by a rod (22d) for preventing the chinese herb from discharging; protrusions (24a) formed on the upper part of the casing inner wall; a filtering mesh (24) having a plurality of extraction holes (24b) and a rectangular cross-sectioned column (24c).
