Abstract: A holding device for an optical projection system is provided to enhance the utility of an inner space by installing the holding device on an engaged ceiling or wall. A holding device for an optical projection system includes a first bracket(110), a second bracket(120), and a rocking unit(150). The fist bracket has at least two catching holes(111) fixed onto an installation wall. The second bracket has a fixing part(130) having a catching groove(131) corresponding to the catching holes and a supporting part(140) vertically extended from the fixing part to put the optical projector(10). The rocking unit keeps a connection state of the first bracket and the second bracket. The rocking unit includes a rock member, a rock hole(151), and an operating lever.
