PURPOSE: A resource allocation method for a base station and a server for multi-cell cooperation using an uplink (UL) signal channel and an apparatus thereof are provided to receive changed resource allocation information including information about changed resources from the server if a change of allocated resources is necessary and to distribute the changed resources to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: The resource allocation device (500) of a base station (BS) comprises a communication unit (510) and a control unit (520). The communication unit communicates with a server. The control unit receives resource allocation information. The resource allocation information includes information about resources allocated to the BS. If a change of the allocated resource is necessary, the control unit receives changed resource allocation information including the information about the changed resource. PURPOSE: A sounding reference signal resource management method and a device thereof are provided to assign additional sounding reference signal resource in response to changes in the number of the terminals connected to a base station in a wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver unit (510) transmits and receives a signal. A control unit (500) assigns certain SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) resources to each base station. The control unit receives either a request for additional SRS resources or a request for returning some of the assigned SRS resources from one or more base stations. PURPOSE: A method for estimating a carrier to noise ratio in a wireless access system and a base station device thereof are provided to estimate information about a surrounding wireless environment in a wireless access system to which an SON(Self Organized Network) function is applied, thereby effectively performing self configuration. CONSTITUTION: A downlink signal is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter(300). The digital signal is processed by FFT so that the digital signal is converted into a signal by a tone in the frequency domain. The signal converted into the frequency domain is converted into a frequency response about a preamble sequence by a multiplier(304). The mean value of instantaneous receiving power is calculated by an operation of an average calculating unit(310) by a block. A carrier power estimating unit(316) and a nose power estimating unit(314) estimate a carrier power estimation value and a noise power estimation value respectively.

PURPOSE: A scheduling method in a multi-cell communications system is provided to schedule an external band and transmission power by considering a total system processing amount. CONSTITUTION: A scheduling device initializes scheduling related parameters and a priority coefficient(411). The scheduling device collects feedback information received from an eternal device(413). If a performance of an external devices does not do better, the scheduling devices increases previously set transmission power(415,417). If the cell average performance does not exceed a threshold performance, the scheduling device reduces a priority coefficient as much as previously set unit value(419,421).

PURPOSE: A system and a method for ranging in a broad band wireless connection communication system capable of reducing wireless resource are provided to perform ranging code hopping in a broad band wireless connection communication system, thereby preparing ranging code attack of a baleful terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits information for ranging code hopping(302). The base station calculates starting point, hopping offset of a ranging code group through information for the ranging code hopping(304). The base station determines the ranging code group by hopping offset value. The base station compares at least one of ranging codes of the determined ranging code group with the ranging codes of the terminal(310).

PURPOSE: A method and a device for transmitting and receiving resource allocation information are provided to reduce processing overhead by identifying values of pilot tones in the final sub channel in which the MAP message is allocated by an MS. CONSTITUTION: A discrambled signal is converted into a logic channel structure using a reverse sub-channelization pattern(804). An MS initializes a start point and a size of an individual MAP message(806). The MS determines whether the corresponding sub channel is the final sub channel of the individual MAP message(808). If the corresponding sub channel is not the final sub channel, the above process is performed again after increasing the size of the MAP message. If the corresponding sub channel is the final sub channel, the MCS level is initialized(812). The individual MAP message is demodulated by the reverse modulation, the deinterleaving, and decoding(816). If the CRC test is successful, the individual MAP message information is extracted(822).

The maximum permissible interference amount of the inside of a user terminal is adaptively controlled according to an interference and noise level.
