Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical lens and an LED module and a lighting apparatus having the same are provided to form an asymmetrical optical lens by forming a plane one side of a rotating symmetrical lens structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical lens(150) includes a rotating symmetrical plane(110) forming a rotating symmetry structure and a first planar section(120) formed in one side of the rotating symmetrical structure into a cross section of the rotating symmetrical structure. An overall lens structure is to become asymmetric by introducing the first planar section. The rotating symmetrical plane and an extension surface of the rotating symmetrical structure form the rotating symmetrical structure like a cake shape. The overall lens structure has an asymmetric structure by a first plane diagonally extended in one side of the rotating symmetrical structure. Asymmetrical light distribution is formed by the asymmetric structure of a lens.

Abstract: A method for providing a menu with a menu set directly movable to a top menu and a multimedia device thereof are provided to display the menu for providing convenient manipulation and excellent visual effect on a relatively small touch screen by using the menu set directly movable to the top menu. A menu set including at least one icon is displayed in a touch screen. The menu set includes a control icon used for inputting a control command related to display of the menu set. The menu set including at least one menu icon representing at least one top menu is opaquely displayed in the touch screen by overlapping the menu set on an execution window.
