Abstract: The present invention relates to a counter weight device for an elevator, capable of preventing severe noises and vibrations generated due to a fine gap between a weight and a frame in a high speed elevator by a complete adhesion between the weight and the frame without space, and allowing the elevator to be operated quietly. The counter weight device for an elevator comprises: a support frame including a pair of vertical parts which have respective up and down direction guide grooves on the inner surfaces facing to each other at the left side and the right side; and a weight module which has both ends inserted into the guide grooves of the vertical parts to be guided and raised between the vertical parts spaced apart from each other and includes a first weight having a left end inserted into the guide groove of the vertical part located at the left side in the vertical parts, a second weight having a right end inserted into the guide groove of the vertical part located at the right side in the vertical parts, and an extensible member that are installed between the first weight and the second weight, is made of an extensible elastic material, pushes the first weight and the right weight to the left side and the right side where the guide grooves are respectively located so that the first weight and the second weight can be in contact with the vertical parts.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ruler with a multipurpose function is provided to prevent the dislocation of a line by fixing the ruler and to cut paper in a straight line. CONSTITUTION: A ruler with a multipurpose function comprises a ruler which forms a guide groove(120), and a guide unit(112).The ruler is marked with gradations and formed with a guide groove in a longitudinal direction. The guide unit is connected with the guide groove for guiding the movement of the guide unit. The guide unit is mounted selectively with a writing instrument or a knife for drawing a line or cutting paper in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the ruler. The ruler is connected with a cover on both sides where the cover can be open and closed on both open sides of the guide groove, where the guide unit is selectively attached to or detached from the guide groove.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fire extinguisher holder is provided to prevent solidifying powder which is filled within the fire extinguisher and enable users to easily find when fires. CONSTITUTION: A fire extinguisher holder comprises a base frame(110) and a low frequency generating unit(120). The base frame comprises: at least one seating groove so that the fire extinguisher can be settled; an LED lighting-emitting area(130) which indicates the location of the fire extinguisher in front of the base frame.
