    Abstract: PURPOSE: Recycling equipment of exhausted ozone gas is provided which recirculates the exhausted ozone gas to raise ozone delivery efficiency and ozone use efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A recycling equipment of exhausted ozone gas comprises the parts of: an ozone oxidation rate measurement unit which is connected to an exhaust line of an inflow pipe(1) in an ozone contact chamber and measures ozone as water quality which is exhausted through the exhaust pipe; an ozone oxidation rate control unit(3) which receives instantaneous ozone demand(I. D), ozone oxidation rate and Ct value(= residual ozone concentration x contact time) about original water measured from the measurement tool to control ozone concentration and control to generate ozone as needed; an ozone generation unit which generates ozone as necessary; an ozone contact unit which is connected to the inflow pipe in the ozone contact chamber to oxidize original water again; a recirculation unit for exhausted ozone which reduces I.D about original water within the inflow pipe in the ozone contact chamber with recirculating the exhausted ozone into the inflow pipe in the ozone contact chamber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Ozone contact equipment is provided which properly controls volume of ozone injection to raise ozone contact efficiency and gains economical advanced purification effect. CONSTITUTION: A pipe type ozone contact equipment comprises the parts of: an ozone contact unit which is connected to a grit chamber(1) to supply migration passage of original water and contacts ozone flown in from outside with original water to oxidize organic matters in ozone; an ozone oxidation rate measurement unit(3) which measures in real time ozone demand as the change of water quality which is passed through the ozone contact unit; an ozone control unit(OCU)(4) which injects ozone by instantaneous ozone demand(I.D) against original water measured from the measurement tool; a unit which accepts control signal from the OCU and generates ozone as much as I.D; and an ozone injection unit which is branched off at the set position of the ozone contact unit and injects ozone from the ozone generation unit into the ozone contact unit.
