Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural(HMF) using sea algae-derived galactan is provided to easily extract carbon source and to replace oil resource. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 5-hydromethyl-2-furfural comprises: a step of extracting galactan from marine algae; and a step of preparing 5-hydromethyl-2-furfural by adding galactan and metal catalyst into a solvent. The metal catalyst is MXn or MXn·H_2O. The ratio of the solvent and galactan is 1-50g/L.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A salting-out crystallization apparatus is provided to improve energy efficiency by varying conditions for salting-out crystallization processes. CONSTITUTION: A transferring and supplying unit(110) supplies salt. A reacting unit includes a reaction tank(121) and a mixing motor(122). The reacting unit mixes a mixed liquid containing the salt in the reaction tank. A separating and collecting unit(130) includes an internal rotator and a separating motor(133). The internal rotator includes a filtering net. The separating motor rotates the internal rotator in one direction. The separating and collecting unit separates crystallized reactive dye.
