Abstract:
본 발명은 기계적 물성이 우수한 자기 조립형 탄성체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 카르복시기를 갖는 아크릴 단량체가 그라프트된 탄성체에, 아민기를 포함하는 실리카 하이브리드 화합물을 반응시켜 오니움염(onium salt)의 형태로 실리카 하이브리드가 도입되도록 함으로써, 이온결합 및 수소결합을 통해서 자기 조립형 결합 네트워크가 형성되는 구조, 즉 열가역성(thermo-reversible)을 가지도록 하여 고온에서는 해리되고 저온에서는 재결합되어 재가공이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 종래 황이나 과산화물 등의 가교제에 의해 공유결합된 탄성체보다 기계적 물성 등이 우수한 자기 조립형 탄성체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 분자내 이중결합을 포함하는 탄성고무에 방향족계 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 및 과산화물을 사용하여 그라프트율이 높은 그라프팅 탄성고무 화합물을 제조하고, 이 기재에 이온화가 가능한 금속염들을 단독 혹은 복합으로 사용하여 분자간 이온 결합을 형성함으로써, 높은 기계적 강도와 낮은 영구압축변형률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 카르복실산을 이용한 분자간 이온 결합형 초분자 열가역성 가교형 탄성체 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상온에서는 가교 고무와 유사한 탄성 및 기계적 물성을 가지고 열을 가할 경우 열에 의한 분자간 유동성(mobility)에 의하여 열에 의해 가역반응(thermo-reversible crosslinking)을 나타내므로 다시 용융되면서 열가소성(thermoplastic)을 나타내어 재가공이 가능한 것이 장점이다.

CONSTITUTION: A shoe sole comprises a ceramic piezoelectric element(10), a film type piezoelectric element(20), and a charging unit(30). In the ceramic piezoelectric element, a pair of piezoelectric units is combined with each other by the medium of a first spacer. In the piezoelectric unit, a first piezoelectric ceramic plate is adhered to the top surface of a first metal vibration plate, a second piezoelectric ceramic plate is adhered to the bottom surface of a second metal vibration plate, and a second spacer is formed between the first metal vibration plate and second metal vibration plate. The charging unit uses a circuit.

PURPOSE: A UV-curable paint composition is provided to improve physical properties like hardness, adhesive force, scratch resistance, etc, and optical characteristics like total luminous transmittance, haze, etc. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable paint composition comprises 100-300 parts by weight of acrylic reactive organic-inorganic hybrid compound which is formed from chemical formula 1, 0.5-10 parts by weight photoinitiator, and 0.1-5 parts by weight UV curable surface treating agent compared to a 100 part acrylate mixture. The acrylate mixture comprises 30-90 parts by weight of acrylate oligomer and 10-70 parts by weight of polyfunctional acrylate monomer. A film is the surface of a plastic material on which the UV-curable paint composition is spread and hardened.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid compound is provided to improve surface hardness, flexibility, and optical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic-organic hybrid compound is denoted by chemical formula 1 and has acryl reactivity. A method for preparing the inorganic-organic hybrid compound comprises: a step of reacting a metal alkoxide and isocyanate; a step of reacting the obtained compound with acrylate compound; a step of performing co-hydrolysis and condensing the complex with metal alkoxide; a step of mixing the metal alkoxide complex of the obtained acryl group terminal with metal alkoxide; and a step of adding a catalyst and water for hydrolysis and condensing. The catalyst is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide, or amine.

PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam composition is provided to ensure excellent hardness and elongation, low specific gravity, and good hydrolysis resistance, and to maintain mechanical properties such as tensile strength of polyurethanefoam. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam composition with excellent hydrolysis resistance comprises low-specific gravity beads with density of 0.05~0.2 g/cm^3 and an organic-inorganic hybrid compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is metal oxide having a network structure; Y is an amino group, sulfide group, ester group or ether group; R^1 and R^2 are the same and different and are C1~C18 linear or branched aliphatic alkylene group, alicyclic alkylene group or aromatic group; R^3 is linear or branched aliphatic alkylene group and alicyclic alkylene group; n is the number of an organic compound substituted for metal oxide having a network structure.

PURPOSE: An acryl-based emulsion-type adhesive polymer and an aqueous adhesive for a tile prepared from the polymer are provided, to improve the state adhesive strength and the smear fastness adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION: The acryl-based emulsion-type adhesive polymer is prepared by the emulsion polymerization of monomers having a double bond, wherein the monomers having a double bond comprises 20-60 wt% of a cohesive monomer, 20-80 wt% of an adhesive monomer and 0.1-20 wt% of an ethylene-based unsaturated carbonic acid monomer. Preferably the cohesive monomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, ethyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate; the adhesive monomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and butyl acrylate; and the ethylene-based unsaturated carbonic acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, crotonic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid and itaconic acid. The glass transition temperature of the acryl-based emulsion is -25 to 15 deg.C.

PURPOSE: A spray type waterproofing agent composition and a waterproofing primer composition are provided to improve the waterproofing effect, to facilitate the waterproofing operation, to lengthen the life of the waterproofing coating, and to prevent the dew condensation and efflorescence. CONSTITUTION: The spray type waterproofing composition is characterized by comprising 20 to 50 wt% of a (meth)acrylic monomer, 25 to 60 wt% of a polyurethane (meth)acrylate, 10 to 30 wt% of a filler, 0.3 to 1.0 wt% of a curing agent and 0.15 to 2.0 wt% of a curing accelerator. The waterproofing primer composition is characterized by comprising 30 to 50 wt% of a methacrylic monomer, 10 to 20 wt% of an epoxy resin, 1 to 5 wt% of a curing agent and a curing aid and 25 to 50 wt% of a volatile solvent.

[명칭] 부직포용 수분산 포리우레탄계 바인더 [과제] 현재의 폴리우레탄 바인더는 인화성이 강하고 독성이 높은 유기용제를 다량 사용하고 있어 환경 친화적이지 못하므로 독성이 없는 수성 에멀젼형을 사용하기 위해 아크릴 또는 SBR계 에멀젼 등이 시험되었지만 내수 . 내용제성이 결여되는 결점이 있으며 또 비교적 다량의 바인더를 필요로 하여 섬유의 특성을 충분히 나타내지 못하고 반발탄성이 나쁘다는 것 등의 단점이 있었다. 이에 폴리우레탄을 수성화하려는 여러가지 검토가 행해졌고 시험되었지만 유연성 및 탄성 등의 물성이 만족스러운 인공피혁을 아직 얻지 못하였으며 이를 개선했다고 보고된 사례(JPA93-32756)에서는 비정성 폴리카보네이트 폴리올과 같은 고가의 특수한 폴리올을 사용하여야 하기 때문에 실용화하기 곤란한 점이 있었다. [해결수단] 폴리올 및 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리올과 디이소시아네이트 및 쇄연장제를 반응시켜 얻어진 폴리우레탄 수분산체에 있어서 폴리올은, 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜을 주성분으로 하여 다른 폴리에테르형 폴리올을 병용하고 지방족 또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리아민계 쇄연장제를 사용하여 제조하며 비이온성 계면 활성제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포용 수분산 폴리우레탄계 바인더로써 해결함.
