    Abstract: The present invention relates to a flat tubular solid-oxide fuel cell, and a flat tubular solid-oxide water electrolysis device. The invention comprises: a cell stack comprising a plurality of flat tubular unit cells; a first reaction gas door where the first reaction gas enters and leaves; and a first manifold provided on both sides of the cell stack, comprising a first insertion unit in which one of both ends of the cell stack is inserted. Hence, the flat tubular solid-oxide fuel cell and flat tubular solid-oxide water electrolysis device are capable of reducing loss of the reaction gas by minimizing the sealing part with a simple structure.
