The present invention relates to a modularized AMTEC cell and, more specifically, to a modularized AMTEC cell in which: an extra current collector is not needed since a metal support is used as an internal electrode; can have durability and stability even in high temperature and high pressure environment; easy to insert and seal a junction between the cell and a housing into an insulation unit and can minimize a number of components; and easy to expand a system size through a parallel structure.

본 발명은 집전체 및 매니폴드 일체형, 고체산화물 연료전지용 또는 고체산화물 수전해기용 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 집전체 및 매니폴드 일체형, 고체산화물 연료전지용 또는 고체산화물 수전해기용 장치는 매니폴드와 집전체를 접합하는 브레이징 또는 열처리 접합공정이 필요하지 않으므로 접합부위의 파괴나 가스 누수를 방지할 수 있고, 장기간 사용이 가능하다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flat tubular solid-oxide fuel cell, and a flat tubular solid-oxide water electrolysis device. The invention comprises: a cell stack comprising a plurality of flat tubular unit cells; a first reaction gas door where the first reaction gas enters and leaves; and a first manifold provided on both sides of the cell stack, comprising a first insertion unit in which one of both ends of the cell stack is inserted. Hence, the flat tubular solid-oxide fuel cell and flat tubular solid-oxide water electrolysis device are capable of reducing loss of the reaction gas by minimizing the sealing part with a simple structure.

PURPOSE: A negative electrode for a flat tubular solid oxide unit cell reduces the thickness of a laminated cell stack by reducing the thickness of a connect member and makes more unit cells laminate. CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode (11) for a flat tubular solid oxide unit cell has a first gas flow part (111) therein and does not has a gas flow channel on the outside thereof. A flat tubular solid oxide unit cell has the negative electrode; a positive electrode which is laminated on an electrolyte laminated on the negative electrode; and a connect member which is laminated on the opposite side of the positive electrode and includes a flow channel.

연료전지의평판형또는평관형셀의일면에복수개가음각으로형성되며반구형상의음각패턴; 및상기복수개의음각패턴을이어연속통로를형성하는복수개의채널형상의연결패턴을포함하고, 하나의음각패턴에연결된복수개의연결패턴간에형성하는각도는 180°초과또는미만인스택형고체산화물연료전지셀의표면구조는반응면적을증가시킬수 있어연료전지의단위셀당출력밀도를높일수 있으며, 접촉면적이늘어나더라, 상층또는하층의셀과의접촉면적이유지되어반응면적을증가시킴으로써발생하는접촉저항의증가를방지할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A manifold of a flat tubular solid oxide cell stack is provided to simplify a structure by supplying reaction gas to a cell stack by a pair of manifold, and to minimize a sealing part between a manifold and a cell stack. CONSTITUTION: A manifold of a flat tubular solid oxide cell stack comprises a cell stack comprising many flat-tubular unit cells, and comprises a supply part supplying a reaction gas to the cell stack, and a manifold(b) comprising an insert part in which an end part of the cell stack is inserted. The ceramic consists of zirconia or alumina. The cell stack and the manifold is sealed by a sealant. The sealant is cement or glass frit.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus for a flat-tubular electrode supporter is provided to minimize the sealing portion of a manifold, and not to have the joint portion of the flat-tubular electrode supporter, thereby preventing the reduction of durability and leakage accident. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a flat-tubular electrode supporter comprises a tube processing flame member(10), which is separated to two bodies, having a tube placement space part, in which a flat tube is arranged between two bodies, and a frame pressing device(20) blocking the end of the flat tube by pressurizing the tube processing frame member.
