PURPOSE: An optical transceiver device of a compound PON(Passive Optical Network) is provided to install an active optical element and a media access control unit in the subscriber side. CONSTITUTION: The first receiver(20) and the first transmission unit(23) perform the wavelength conversion of the first optical signal received from a station. The first receiver and the first transmission unit transmit the wavelength converted first optical signal to at least one subscriber terminal. The second receiver(22) and the second transmission unit(21) perform the wavelength conversion of the second optical signal received from at least one subscriber terminal. The second receiver and the second transmission unit transmit the wavelength converted second optical signal to the station. An MAC(Media Access Control) unit(24) sets up the time frame which at least one subscriber terminal can transmit the second optical signal.

PURPOSE: A seed light output module of a single longitudinal mode oscillator light source base is provided to supply a light route penalty by a rayleigh inverse scattering and a retroflection to reduce in a single optical fiber bidirectional transmission. CONSTITUTION: An RF signal generator(107) generates a sine curve. An RF signal divider(108) distributes the created RF signal. An RF amplifierses(109,110) amplify the divided RF signal. A polarizing beam combiner(111) combines the light forged in a phase modulator. The polarized light beam combiner supplies a seed light output.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for broadcast program notice of a preset channel and changing a channel in a user terminal are provided to enable a user to watch desired broadcast without delay by providing the broadcast preview output image about the desired channel. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast program information storage unit(210) stores the broadcast preview guide information. A broadcast preview image generator unit(220) receives the broadcast preview guide information from the broadcast program information storage unit. The broadcast preview image generator unit generates a broadcasting preview output image. An image control unit(230) composites the present broadcast image and the generated broadcast preview output image. A preview broadcasting composition unit(240) displays the composition image.

PURPOSE: A method for providing a multi angle digital broadcasting service is provided to implement a multi angle service in an IPTV by providing a photographed image of selected angle in 3D stereo image type. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras(10-1 to 10-5) each generates right/left stereo images. A multi angle broadcasting service providing device(20) encodes the photographed images recording from a plurality of cameras in transport stream type. The multi angle broadcast service providing device performs inter-stream synchronization. A user terminal(30) outputs the transport stream through screen. If user requests the multi angle screen, the user terminal outputs the transport stream about the corresponding multi angle screen.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inserting or extracting timestamp information are provided to transmit network time schedule display information efficiently without violating a transmission standard. CONSTITUTION: A timestamp information generator(110) generates time schedule display information utilized in time synchronization between transmission and reception terminals or network jitter compensation. A packetizer(100) creates a real time transport protocol packet or a user datagram protocol including transport stream packets and the time schedule display information. The packetizer periodically creates and inserts the UDP or RTP packet including the time schedule display information.

PURPOSE: A through via manufacturing method is provided to make possible a signal transmission at a high speed more than 10Gbps by minimizing an input-output signal loss by a polymer filler of a high value resistor. CONSTITUTION: A core via hole is formed on a wafer(101). A suction via hole(104) is formed on the wafer. A via core(111) is formed in the core via hole. A polymer via hole(108) communicated with the suction via hole is formed on the wafer. A polymer solution(109) is filled in the polymer via hole. The wafer is polished to expose the via core to the outside.

PURPOSE: An optical waveguide and a bidirectional optical transceiver are provided to separate bi-direction signal inside the core of an optical waveguide by using a wavelength selective filter. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide(110) comprises a core(111), a cladding(112), and a wavelength selective filter(113). The core transmits light. The cladding protects the core. The cladding maintains light inside the core with the total reflection effect. The wavelength selective filter is formed inside the core and separates the bidirectional signal. The wavelength selective filter changes a transmission light(200) of a cladding mode(210) transmitted through the cladding into a core mode(220) or the cladding mode. The light transformed through the wavelength selective filter passes through the wave length selective filter.

PURPOSE: A transmission tree building method and a device for the same are provided to apply transmission structure composition method of different policies to composition nodes with different operation mode when multiuser real-time IP(Internet Protocol) TV broadcast service is supplied in an overlay transmission structure. CONSTITUTION: An information reception unit(100) receives agent information from an agent. An operation mode check unit(122) checks the operation mode of the agent based on the received information. A level allocation unit(124) allocates a level to the agent by reflecting the operation mode. A tree composition unit(130) compose a transmission tree between agents based on the level information. If broadcast registration or reception request is received from the agent, a list provision unit(140) generates a candidate node list based on the level information of the agents and provides the list to the agents.
