PURPOSE: A transmitting method and base station determining the same are provided to transceive an uplink signal in a wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A terminal information confirming unit(212) confirms information about the transmission power of a terminal. The terminal determines a first mode in case there is no restriction for transmission power. The terminal determines a second mode in case there is restriction for transmission power. A mode determining unit(214) transmits mode information to the terminal. A first mode transmits L1/L2 control information through a PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel).

PURPOSE: A data transmission method in a communication system and a relay device performing the method are provided to enable a base station to grasp an uplink data amount of a relay station in advance, thereby allocating uplink wireless resources. CONSTITUTION: An MS(Mobile Station) receives data in an uplink buffer(S201). An RS(Relay Station) checks uplink buffer state information of the terminal(S205). The relay station receives the data in the uplink buffer(S208). A base station checks an uplink buffer state of the relay station(S212). The base station transmits an uplink transmission grant to the relay station(S213). The relay station transmits the data to the base station(S214).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for transmitting multicast broadcast data is provided to minimize bad influences to capability of receiving an MBSFN signal of terminals. CONSTITUTION: At least one temporally synchronized macro cell base station transmits MBS data to UE(User Equipment) through allocated wireless resources(511) for MBS(Multicast and Broadcast Service) data transmission. A relay or a small cell base station in a cell of at least one macro cell base station does not perform an operation of transmitting the wireless resources for MBS traffic data transmission of the macro cell base station.

PURPOSE: A method for allocating physical layer control information for MBMS and a method for receiving physical layer control information for MBMS therefore are provided to efficiently physical layer control information through the searching of the searching space in a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives a physical layer control information for an MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service)(S801), and the physical layer control information is transmitted from a BS(Base Station). The physical layer control information is allocated to a preset search space, and the terminal searches the physical layer control information in the searching space. The terminal decodes the physical layer control information through an identifier(S803), and the identifier is allocated to the physical layer control information.

A base station and a terminal using a space-time block coding and circulation delay diversity in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) system are provided to receive data efficiently by considering a frequency selection characteristic about an individual user terminal. A diversity determining unit(110) determines the suitable send diversity plan in each of the user terminal according to frequency selective characteristics of the channel about each mobile terminal. A diversity instructing unit(120) indicates the determined transmission diversity plan to each user terminal. A data receiver(130) receives the send diversity plan from the user terminal.
