The present invention relates to the terminal access control of a base station and the handover and access of a terminal in a communication environment composed of communication cells with different communication coverage. In the communication environment including multi-layer cells divided by the communication coverage, the terminal of a wireless communication system with the multi-layer cells according to one embodiment of the present invention determines the entry of a micro cell into a macro cell according to the movement of the terminal by sensing a control signal which is transmitted from a micro base station which manages the micro cell, determines an access to the micro cell based on the access reference of the micro cell, accesses the micro cell if the access reference of the micro cell is satisfied, and performs communications using the macro cell if the access reference of the micro cell is not satisfied.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for positioning a target apparatus in a wireless local area network environment are provided to improve user convenience by accurately selecting a target terminal from a plurality of terminals in a wireless network environment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for positioning a target apparatus in a wireless local area network environment comprises a direction determining unit(110), a distance determining unit(120), and a target position display unit(130). The direction determining unit, comprising an arrival angle estimating part and a direction determining part, determines the direction of peripheral devices from wireless signals transmitted from the peripheral devices. The distance determining unit determines the distances of the peripheral devices from the wireless signals transmitted from the peripheral devices. The target position display unit displays position information of the peripheral devices, determined from the direction and distance information.

PURPOSE: A public service providing system is provided to enable a user to conveniently receive public services through a user terminal by providing the integrated public service to the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A service management unit(110) provides public services for a local server(200) which provides the public services by receiving a public service providing registration or dissipation request form each service provider servers(300). A user management unit(120) registers or dissipates the public services for the user of the user terminal by receiving the public service registration or dissipation request from the user terminal. The user management unit stores public service registration information by matching public service identification information with user identification information.

Abstract:
A method for managing an unmanned exhibit guiding system is provided to offer expert explanation information for an exhibit to visitors by using RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification), web, and mobile telecom technologies, and enable the visitor to upload a photo or voice information file while viewing the exhibit. An RFID tag(22) stores different ID information for discriminating each exhibit(20). A portable terminal(24) analyzes the ID information by reading the information stored in the RFID tag, and plays guide information of the exhibit corresponding to the ID information when the previously stored ID information matched with the analyzed ID information is found. Explanation customized to a general visitor group, an interested person group, and an expert group is provided to the portable terminal by constructing beginner, middle, and high class explanations for the exhibit. The visitor captures a photo of the exhibit, stores a review to a memory card(26) of the portable terminal in a text or voice file type while viewing the exhibit, and uploads an image, a text, or a voice file to an unmanned exhibit guide system.

본 발명은 네트워크를 통한 생체 인식 결제 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 네트워크를 통한 생체 인식 결제 시스템 및 그 방법은, 생체 인식 기능을 갖는 이동 단말기를 통해 사용자는 생체 정보를 입력하고, 이동 단말기는 사용자의 생체 정보를 네트워크를 통해 생체 인식 처리 서버에 전송하면, 생체 인식 처리 서버에서는 사용자 인증을 수행하고, 사용자의 결제 한도, 회수, 및 기간 등의 결제 유효 정보를 토대로 결제가 이루어지도록 한다. 이와 같이 하면, 이동 단말기나 네트워크를 통한 결제시 제3자의 불법 사용을 염려할 필요가 없어지고 보안성을 강화시킬 수 있고, 소액 결제인 경우에 사용자가 매번 생체 인식을 통한 사용자 인증을 수행할 필요 없이 최소한의 생체 인식으로 편리하게 결제 처리를 수행할 수 있다.
