Abstract: PURPOSE: A frequency sharing apparatus based on frequency set classification in a first license system is provided to use a corresponding channel in a frequency sharing system based on frequency set classification. CONSTITUTION: An information acquiring unit(630) acquires information about frequency sets. A plurality of frequency sets is generated by the separation of target frequency resources which are allocated to a first license system. An allocation unit(640) allocates sub frequency resources to a frequency sharing system. One or more sub frequency resources is included in frequency sets.

Abstract: A frequency use efficiency evaluation method of a frequency sharing wireless system is provided to suggest area efficiency which is a new index for evaluating frequency use efficiency, thereby exactly evaluating performance of a frequency sharing technology. A real coverage per a unit area is calculated by using a design parameter for the first wireless system and a design parameter for the second wireless system. Frequency use efficiency is evaluated by using the calculated real coverage per a unit area. wa shows width and breadth of a given area. rd shows a service coverage of a DTV(Digital Television). kc shows a keep-out distance of the DTV system. rw shows a WRAN cell radius.
