Abstract: PURPOSE: An interworking control system and a method thereof for improving the terminal media quality and transport network QoS are provided to predict the effective quality change of a user based on in the QoS index change and analyze after comparing with the effective quality evaluation result measured in the real user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A QCS(QoS/QoE Control System)(110) measures the QoS parametric information. The QCS predicts the media effective quality by using the QoS parameter measured. The QCS compares and analyzes the effective quality predicted with the effective quality measured in the MQMS(Media Quality Measurement System)(120) and produces the QoS parameter adjustment value.
