Abstract: PURPOSE: Disclosed is a core-shell structured solid catalyst,£BinAaOx| £(100-z)%DdEeFefNigMomOy+z%SiO2|, for synthesis of nitrile compounds from the oxidation reaction of olefin or paraffin by the addition of ammonia. CONSTITUTION: The core-shell structured catalyst represented by£BinAaOx| £(100-z)%DdEeFefNigMomOy+z%SiO2|where A is one of boron, phosphorous, or molybdenum, D is an element having a valence of three, E is an element having a valence of two, and when m is 1, n, a, d, e, f, g, and z are 0.001-3, 0.001-3, 0.01-3, 0.01-3, 0.01-5, 0.1-5, and 0-90, respectively, is composed of core parts and shell parts. Core parts, which use silica as support and elements (E compositions) having a valence of two as active species such as Co, Mn, Mg, Ca, Cu, etc., and elements (D compositions) having a valence of three as active species such as Al, Ce, Cr, etc., are firstly prepared by the slurry method that a mixture of silica sol and salts containing an anion is heated and extracted to get a slurry at 3-5 pH by removal of solvent, and then dried and calcined at 200-700deg.C. Shell parts structure by the impregnation of salt solution,£BinAaOx|, on the core parts prepared by the slurry method. Here, acetate, citrate, nitric acid, or triphenyl may be used as salts for shell parts.
