Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) and a network to perform closed-loop transmission power control in a multi-base station environment with out-of-order scheduling. The network may configure a series of transmission power control commands to indicate to the UE transmission power for one or more transmissions to different base stations. The UE may receive the transmission power control commands, consider information including timing and/or resources associated with the transmission power control commands, and determine transmission power for the transmissions.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for determining a quasi-co-located assumption for aperiodic channel state information reference signals for multi-transmission-reception-point operation in a wireless communication system. A wireless device may establish wireless links with multiple transmission-reception-points of a cellular network. The wireless device may receive downlink control information. The wireless device may determine a quasi-co-located assumption for aperiodic channel state information reference signals for the downlink control information. Signals received according to the quasi-co-located assumption for aperiodic channel state information reference signals may be buffered by the wireless device if a scheduling offset for the downlink control information is below a scheduling offset threshold.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) transmits concurrent channel state information (CSI) processing capability information to a base station. The capability information can take various forms, and is intended to constrain the base station in the types of CSI requests that can be made to the UE. For example, the UE may indicate different CSI processing capabilities for intra-CC and inter-CC cases and/or for different codebook types. The UE may also specify supported combinations of codebook types for concurrent CSI reporting. The UE may also specify maximum resources or weighting factors for different codebook types. The UE may further restrict the rank information it provides and use a priority rule for "dropping" CSI report data due to payload size restrictions. The base station may direct, or the UE may implement, improved utilization of CSI resources that are shared for multiple concurrent CSI reports. Minimum time requirements for CSI reporting may also be relaxed.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for PDCCH enhancements for group-based paging indications. A user equipment device may be configured to receive, from a network, an indication of a paging occasion via a PG-RNTI and/or via at least 6 bits of a DCI. A value of the PG-RNTI may be associated with the paging occasion as well as a set of UEs, including the UE. The UE may be configured to monitor the paging occasion based on the value of the PG-RNTI and receive, during the paging occasion, a paging indication via at least six bits of a DCI, where each bit of the at least six bits may indicate a paging indication for a particular set of UEs and the particular set of UEs may be a subset of the set of UEs. The UE may also be configured to, in response to determining that the UE has a paging message, decode a corresponding PDSCH.

Abstract: An apparatus configured to be employed in a user equipment (UE) associated with a new radio (NR) system is disclosed. The apparatus comprises one or more processors configured to select a first resource from a candidate resource set comprising a plurality of candidate resources within a first resource selection window. In some embodiments, the first resource is to be utilized by the UE for a first transmission of a transport block (TB) over sidelink. In some embodiments, a size of the first resource selection window is derived based on a (pre) configured maximum number of retransmissions of the TB. In some embodiments, the one or more processors is further configured to generate a first transmission signal comprising the first transmission of the TB, to be transmitted over the sidelink using the selected first resource.
