The sheet 2 is formed into the net shape by disposing fiber bundles of glass fibers of 300-1,200 denier in a manner of forming 25-75g/m in the vertical direction and 25-75g/m in the horizontal direction and bonding them by a bonding agent, while the paper 3 is formed as 100-300g/m and bonded integrally with the sheet.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waterproofing sheet from being broken down by bonding a corner sheet with a corner member and driving a locking means into a skeleton, penetrating through an insulating material from a mounting hole so as to fix the corner member and mounting a cover on the corner member and forming the cover with a different member formed by bending the end of the corner member. SOLUTION: A corner sheet 4 is bonded with a corner member 3 formed to conform with the shape of a corner area. The end of this corner member 3 is folded inwardly, thereby forming a cover member 5. A mounting hole 6 to drive a nail into an adjacent thin walled area clamped with a hinged area is formed in the cover member 5. The corner member 3 is formed with polypropylene while the corner sheet 4 is formed with water additive SBR and polypropylene reinforced with an alloy. The corner sheet 4 is bonded with the inner surface of a thick-walled area of the corner member 3. Such bonding work should be executed at a shop or the like. Thermal fusing may be cited as a bonding means.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an insulating material definitely and enhance a waterproofing performance without allowing the head of a nail to project out even when the insulating material is compressed with a hydraulic pressure by expandingly inserting an expansion area into a hole in a hollow pin outwardly and preventing the expansion area from coming off and forming a driving member whose tip is also fixed. SOLUTION: In a fixture, a seat plate 4 and a hollow pin 5 are integrally molded with a synthetic resin material and a plurality of cuts 6 are formed at the tip of the hollow pin 5 in the axail direction, thereby forming an expansion area 7. The fixture is provided with a driving member 8 which inserts the expansion area 7 into the hollow pin 5 from the seat plate 4, thereby expanding outwardly the expansion area 7. This driving member 8 can be formed with a synthetic resin material. Polypropylene or polyamide or grass fiber-included polyamide are suitable as the synthetic resin material to be used. This construction makes it possible to protect the waterproofing performance from being degraded and shorten a mounting work time of the insulating material and enhance work efficiency without braking down the waterproofing sheet.

An inner peripheral member formed with polypropylene to be bonded with the short pipe 5A, is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the communication hole 1, thereby bonding the flange 5B of the sheet member 5 with the waterproofing sheet 4.

SOLUTION: This invention relates to an L-type corner structure 20 of a heat accumulating tank which is provided with a waterproofing sheet 11 on an insulating material 10 attached on the inner surface where at least the bottom 12 of the tank intersects with the wall surface 13 of the tank. A rigid L-shaped member 2 made of polypropylene is mounted on an insulating material 10 in the L-type corner area 20. A bond-shaped sheet 1 consisting of an alloy of hydrogenated SBR and polypropylene having joining parts 1A and 1B sticking from the L-shaped material 2 is bonded to the surface of the L-shaped member 2 and the waterproofing sheet 11 is bonded to the joining parts 1A and 1B of the band-shaped sheet 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the execution of work, and enhance a waterproofing performance by bonding a connecting sheet comprising an alloy of hydrogenated SBR and polypropylene which is formed in a joining area, sticking out from a corner member and bonding the joining area of the connecting sheet to a waterproof sheet provided to the bottom and wall surface. SOLUTION: A corner member 2 which is formed to suit the shape of a corner area 1 is mounted on the corner area 1 while a connecting sheet 3, which sticks out from the corner member 2 and forms a joining area 3A, is bonded to the rear surface of this corner member 2 and the joining area 3A of the connecting sheet 3A is bonded to a waterproofing sheet 4. The corner member 2 is formed of a rigid material comprising polypropylene, and the connecting sheet 3 comprises alloy of hydrogenated SBR and polypropylene. And it is formed by vacuum molding, pressure air molding, press molding to the like. This construction makes it possible to eliminate any possibility which may produce a bonding failure, and reduce construction time to half, if the connecting sheet 3 is preliminary bonded with the corner area in a factory or the like, and the bonded state is properly inspected.
