Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain always an accurate indication of a counter, by providing a control member and a regulating member interlocked with the rotation of a sprocket to make the stop position of the sprocket constant. CONSTITUTION:A gear 22 of the same axis as a control member 24 engages with a gear 21 of a sprocket 2; and when the sprocket 2 is free, the member 24 is rotated by regulating member 25 energized counteclockwise by a spring until the member 25 is brought into contact with a pin 24a. In this constitution, through a dial 8 is reset to a position S by a spring when a back cover is opened, the dial 8 is not set to an accurate graduation perhaps because a worm gear 4 and a helical gear 6 do not engage. In this case, when the sprocket 2 is moved manually, the sprocket 2 is rotated until the control member 25 is brought into contact with the pin 24a by the regulating member 24, and then, the worm 4 and the gear 6 engage correctly because the worm gear 4 is always in the same phase. Thus, indication of a counter is always set to a correct graduation.
