Abstract: The present invention provides an image encoding/decoding method and a device for same. In particular, the image decoding method may comprise the steps of: determining if the properties of a current picture and a reference picture differ; converting the reference picture to have the same properties as the current picture when the properties of the current picture and reference picture differ; and performing inter-prediction on the current picture by predetermined block unit by means of the converted reference picture.
