Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a dwelling house wall so as to improve construction efficiency and attain high heat insulation performance of a dwelling house by covering plural vacuum heat insulators with a foam synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Previously a spacer is fitted to a vacuum heat insulator 3. After the vacuum heat insulators 3 are installed in a face material with a designated space between the vacuum heat insulator 3 and the face material, a foam heat insulating material 2 is filled to cover the whole of the vacuum heat insulators 3 with a foam heat insulating material. The heat insulating panel 1 has a frame 5, and the frame 5 is partitioned by a longitudinal material 6 to heighten the rigidity of the frame 5. By jointly using the foam heat insulating material 2 and the vacuum insulators 3, the heat insulating panel 1 is forced to exhibit heat insulating performance, so that the wall thickness of the heat insulating panel 1 can be reduced so as to remarkably improve construction efficiency. As the vacuum insulators 3 are covered with the foam heat insulating material 2, external shock is not applied to the vacuum insulators 3 so as to solve the problem that the vacuum heat insulators 3 are burst by a shock at the time of construction and dew condensation is caused by deterioration of performance of the heat insulating panel 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in thermal conductivity even at the time of leak, by forming an outer covering material into a baggy shape by thermally welding a laminate film, forming the heat welding layer of the outer covering material by a high density polyethylene resin, filling a plurality of core materials in the outer covering material, thermally welding the outer covering material by a part between the core material and arranging an independent vacuum part. SOLUTION: After core materials 2 formed of water bubble communication foams are heated and dried and a plurality of core materials 2 is uncontinuously filled in outer covering material 3 previously thermally welded in several parts at constant intervals in parallel with a pressure reducing direction, the outer covering material 3 are depressurized and tightly closed, so that the insides thereof become a predetermined degree of vacuum. After that, the outer covering materials 3 are thermally welded by the uncontinuous part of the core materials 2 so as to form independent vacuum parts 4, thus a vacuum heat insulating body 1 can be obtained. In the thusly obtained vacuum heat insulating body 1, the respectively independent vacuum parts 4 are formed, therefore, even though a part of the outer covering materials 3 is damaged, influence may not be exerted on the other vacuum part. Hereby, deterioration of thermal conductivity as the whole of the vacuum heat insulating body 1 is diminished. Therefore, the operation factor of a compressor may not be excess.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of gas barrier performance and enable a large size to be applied by blow molding a material having high gas barrier quality to form a vessel of hollow compact, and internally decompressing and sealing the vessel after charged with a core material. CONSTITUTION:A parison with wall thickness distribution adjusted to a molding elongation rate with a parison controller, is blow molded, thereby forming a vessel 2 of hollow compact. The vessel 2 is filled with a core material of high insulation performance available from the pulverization of hard urethane foam or the like. Then, the vessel 2 is internally decompressed and sealed, thereby forming a vacuum insulation pack 1. In this case, the vessel 2 is constituted of an outermost layer 4 made of a layer 5 such as polypropylene resin having high chemical resistance and moldability, an intermediate layer 6 made of a layer 7 such as ethylene vinyl alcohol resin having high gas barrier quality, and an innermost layer 8 made of a layer 9 such as polypropylene resin having high chemical resistance and moldability, thereby enhancing the gas barrier quality.

CONSTITUTION:A jig 4 having a pressure sensor arranged thereto, a detector 6 detecting pressure, a display part 7 displaying pressure and a quality judging device 8 are provided and the quality of the open-cell foaming of hard urethane foam is judged from a change in the foaming pressure of the rigid urethane foam subjected to foam injection molding within the jig 4. The hard urethane foam 2 judged to be a good product is used as a core material to be covered with a metal-plastic laminated film to produce a heat insulating object whose interior is hermetically closed under reduced pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure an excellent flowability in producing an open-cell rigid polyurethane foam even when a halogenated hydrocarbon blowing agent which exhibits a strong resin-dissolving power and has at least a hydrogen atom and a fluorine atom is used, and to produce a foam which has excellent thermal insulating properties and is used as a thermal insulator or a core of the insulator of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An open-cell rigid polyurethane foam is prepd. by using a polyol component contg. at least 70wt.% polyol mixture consisting of 30-70wt.% arom. diamine-initiated polyether polyol and 70-30wt.% trimethylolpropane-initiated polyether polyol. Thus, the local degradation in the strengths of the foam due to an extreme orientation of cells is avoided, and a foam having strengths enough for a core of a thermal insulator and excellent thermal insulating properties is produced.

(e.g. ethylene glycol), an org. polyisocyanate (e.g. a tolylene diisocyanate prepolymer), a foam stabilizer (e.g. F-318, a product of Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), a catalyst (e.g. dimethylethanolamine), a halogenated hydrocarbon blowing agent at least contg. H and F (e.g. HCFC-123), and an open cell generator (e.g. calcium stearate), and foaming the mixture.

CONSTITUTION:This thermal insulating box is composed of an inner box 6 of which resin composing substances are limited and in particular having high nitrile thermoplastic resin composition molded with mixture of conjugated diene rubber/acrilic rubber = 55/45 to 65/35 as rubber composition, wherein HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b and its mixture as foam agent constituents and a hard urethane foam 7 composed of organic polyisocyanate having limited composition as isocyanate composition is mixed and filled between the inner box 6 and a metallic outer box 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating box having heat insulating properties, which are stable with time, by a structure wherein the heat insulating box concerned consists of rigid urethane foam and an inner box made by forming high nitrile ABS resin composition, which is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of vinyl cyanide compound and aromatic vinyls, the contents of both of which are specified respectively. CONSTITUTION:An inner box 5 is made with a vacuum former by forming flat sheet obtained by melting high nitrile ABS resin composition, which has 52-58wt.% of acrylonitrile monomer as vinyl cyanate compound and 42-48wt.% of styrene monomer, with an extruder equipped with a coathanger die and processing. After the inner box 5 is fitted to an outer box 2, urethane stock, which adopts CO2 generated through the reaction of water with isocyanate as foaming agent, is poured between both the inner box 5 and the outer box 2 for filling so as to produce rigid urethane foam 4 in order to obtain a heat insulating box 6. Thus, the deterioration with time of the obtained box is small and its stable heat insulating properties can be maintained over a long period of time.
