Abstract: PURPOSE:To adsorb and remove carbon acid gas contained in the urethane foam in a short period of time so as to improve the thermal conductivity and prevent the intrusion of air by forming the casing with an outer casing, an inner casing which as a plastic layer containing a carbonic acid gas adsorbent and a gas barrier layer that are superposed, and a foam heat insulating material filled between the outer and inner casings. CONSTITUTION:The casing consist of an outer casing 2, an inner casing 7 which has a plastic layer 11 containing a carbonic acid gas adsorbent 10 and a gas barrier layer 9 that are superposed, and a foam heat insulating material 4 filled between the inner and outer casings. By this constitution, the carbonic acid gas contained in the hard urethane foam 4 moves in the direction of thickness of the heat insulating wall, and is easily adsorbed by the carbonic acid gas adsorbent 10 superposed on the inner casing 7. The rate-determination for the carbonic acid gas movement lies in the passage through the heat insulating wall of the hard urethane foam. As the travel distance is short in the direction of the wall thickness, the gas can move in a short period of time. Therefore, the carbonic acid gas can be easily removed by the adsorbent. Further, even if the pressure in the foam has dropped due to the adsorption of carbonic acid gas, the intrusion of outside air can be prevented because the gas barrier layer 9 is superposed on the inner casing 7.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make an inspection easy and to enable a total inspection by allowing a packed body to stand inside a chamber, reducing the pressure in the chamber upto the prescribed pressure and detecting with a detecting device the expansion change of the container of the packed body. CONSTITUTION:A packed body 1 is allowed to stand inside a chamber 11 and when the pressure inside the chamber 11 is reduced with a pressure reducing unit 13 a container 2 of the packed body 1 is largely expanded like a balloon and the thickness is displaced at the moment when the pressure inside the chamber 11 is lower then the inside pressure reduction due to the inside pressure reduction of the packed body being maintained. This expansion displacement is detected by a detecting device 14 and according to the expansion of the container 2 a weight on a sensor side is ascended on the container 2 and the rotation angle due to the moment of the weight 16 on sensor side is detected by a detector 20 and changed to as the quantity of re-movement by a computer 21. When the pressure inside the chamber 11 comes to the prescribed pressure reduction, a pressure switch 12 is acted and the pressure reducing unit 13 is stopped and simultaneously the expansion change is inputted into a automatic selecting unit 15 and in case of the expansion change being >=4mm., an operating bar 30 is descended and the container 2 is penetrated and marked with its needle-like tip 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To speed up an inspection by providing a detecting unit to detect the amount of change by expansion of the container of a pack body put on a plane sheet and by having a dicision means to give a decide to a defective article in case the size of the amount of change by expansion is found by the above detecting unit out of the specified range. CONSTITUTION:A detecting unit 16 has a detector 26 and calculating circuit and is composed of a calculator 27 to convert the rotation angle of a pulley 25 into the movement of weight on a sensor side. And when a pack body 1 is put still on a plane sheet 10 of the inside of a closed space 14 and the pressure of the closed space 14 is decreased by a pressure decreasing unit 15 a container 2 of the pack body 1 is expaned largely to a balloon shape and the thickness is changed at the moment when the pressure of the inside of the closed space 14 becomes lower than the degrees of pressure reduction of the inside of the pack body 1. And when the pressure of the inside of the pack body 1 is found higher than the specified pressure a lamp of a display part 17 is lit due to large expansion of the container 2. Consequently decision on defective goods due to shortage of pressure reduction and on vacuum brake is speeded up.
