The structure comprises a first brace member (8), formed on the casing section (3), and a second brace member (9), formed on the glazier's strip section (1) for bracing against the first brace member (8) in order to form a pivot (10) between the sections so that with the first and second brace members (8, 9) urged against each other the glazier's strip section (1) can be turned around the pivot (10) constituted by the first and second brace members in cooperation for pressing the first side brace flange (2) against the surface of the pane in a substantially perpendicular direction into locked position, wherein the first and second locking claws (6, 7) become interlocked.

Date Apr. 28, 1994A sliding element system, wherein the guide wheel sets (8, 9) of the lower side (3) of the sliding element (1) are designed to support the sliding element (1) on a lower guide section (3). To the lower side (3) is connected a vertical wheel set (8) comprising a vertical wheel (15), the diameter of which is smaller than the transverse inside dimension of the lower guide section, the plane of rotation of which is vertical, the peripheral cross section is round-shaped, and the point of contact with the lower guide section (5) is located on the same vertical line as the central axis of the wheel axle (10). The lower guide section (5) comprises a longitudinal, upward open bottom groove (16) the edges of which serve as rolling surfaces for the vertical wheel (15). The vertical wheel (15) and the bottom groove (16) are mutually fitted so that when the plane of rotation of the vertical wheel parallels the bottom groove, the vertical wheel extends partly into the bottom grove, whereby when the sliding element is being swivelled at a hinging point to stand at an angle relative to the guide sections, the vertical wheel (15) disposed to be fixed in relation to the sliding element, will rise upwardly carried by the edges of the bottom groove (16) and a first coupling member (13) will be coupled by form-locked connection with a second coupling member (14).

    Abstract: A sliding element system comprising a rectangular sliding element (1) with a first side (2) and a second side (3), these sides being substantially parall el to each other; guide wheel sets (4, 5) which are attached on the first side (2) and the second side (3) of the sliding element, each such guide wheel set (4, 5) comprising a number of wheels (6, 7, 8) and an axle (9) on which the wheels are rotatably carrie d one after the other to be separately rotatable, and said axle being fixed at rig ht angles to the first and/or, respectively, the second side of the sliding element; a stationary pair of guide sections (10, 11) comprising a first guide section (10) locate d on the side of the sliding element's first side (2) and a second guide section (11) located on the side of the sliding element's second side (3), and the guide section (10 , 11) comprises supports (12, 13, 14) running parallel with the guide section, for guiding and carrying the guide wheel sets, of which at least one first support (12) is i n contact on one side of the first wheel (6) and a second support (13) is in contact on t he opposite side of the second wheel (7) relative to the contact of the first wheel and the first support. The wheels (6, 7, 8) of each guide wheel set (4, 5) together with t he coordinated supports (12, 13, 14) are disposed to retain and to carry the sliding elemen t (1) in all directions except the direction of movement defined by the guide sections (10, 11) and the supports.
