Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to freely enjoy music of tempo according to a body motion tempo such as walking, jogging or dancing. SOLUTION: Motion tempo obtained with body motion of the user is automatically measured, contents according to the motion tempo are retrieved from a contents database, and retrieved contents are automatically selected as an object for reproduction, and reproduced. When enjoying the contents according to the motion tempo, therefore, the user can eliminate time and effort to investigate one's own motion tempo and to manually select the contents having the tempo according to the motion tempo. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce music contents in a descending order of registered time information. SOLUTION: In a content reproduction device 1, a plurality of music contents are stored in a music content database 7. Also, each of the music contents is stored in a music content database 7 together with a time stamp being time information indicating a time to register the contents to the music content database 7. A CPU 3 makes, for example, a playlist for each tempo and stores the play list into a playlist database 8. The CPU 3 selects the playlist corresponding to motion tempo obtained from a tempo detecting part 9, and select music contents in a descending order of time information registered from music contents corresponding to the selected playlist. The selected music content is supplied to a decoder amplifier part 12 and reproduced from a headphone 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce music having tempo always adjusted to walking tempo. SOLUTION: An audio signal reproducing device is provided with a storage 121 preserving digital audio data of music, a reproducing circuit 122 reproducing digital audio data, and a detecting means 130 detecting tempo of walking of a user. Tempo of walking detected by the detecting means 130 is classified to a plurality of groups according to the frequency of the appearance of the tempo. The control circuit 110 discriminates that tempo of walking detected by the detecting means 130 is included in which of the plurality of groups, a play list corresponding to the group is selected according to the discrimination result, digital audio data of music registered in the selected play list is taken out from the storage 121 and supplied to the reproducing circuit 122. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an apparatus that piece of music data of piece of music contents can be reproduced adjusting to music tempo and time length decided by a user. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a specified input value receiving means in which a specified input value of music tempo of piece of music contents desired to reproduce and a specified input value of time length in which piece of music contents of music tempo specified and input is listened continuously are received. Piece of music contents of one piece or a plurality of pieces being piece of music contents of music tempo being same as music tempo received by the specified input value receiving means and being coincident with specified time length are retrieved from a piece of music contents storing part, data of the retrieved piece of music contents is reproduced, and reproduced sound is listened by the user. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to freely exercise while sufficiently enjoying music by selecting a musical piece more suitable for user's exercise such as walking and running. SOLUTION: The walking tempo of the user varies largely at points t1, t2, t3, t6, t7, t8, and t9, so that a CPU of a music reproducing device selects another play list corresponding to the current walking tempo and selects a musical piece from the selected play list based upon a history of the user's walking tempo. For example, the walking tempo varies from nearly 113 to 132, so that a play list of musical pieces whose tempos are 131 to 140 is selected and a musical piece having the slowest tempo or fastest tempo is selected from the play list and reproduced. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and accurately acquire and report a place or the like with a high interest level which occupies the attentions of many persons. SOLUTION: When a user transits from a walking state to a stopping state, each of portable communication terminals 100 transmits this to a server device 300 through a nearest wireless LAN spot 200. At this time, position information of the wireless LAN spot 200 or the like is also transmitted to the server device 300. The server device 300 tabulates it, acquires the place where users of many portable communication terminals 100 are staying, and delivers this information to portable communication terminals 100 which request providing of information through the wireless LAN spots 200. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating device for an audio signal that gives an incentive to exercise such as walking and jogging, and assists its continuation and efficient exercise. SOLUTION: The generating device is provided with a generating circuit 33 which generates data of a musical piece and an input means 12 of receiving information input from a user. When information regarding the physical body of the user, information regarding the exercise to be performed, and information showing characteristics of the musical piece to be listened to during the exercise are obtained through the input means 12, the generating circuit 33 generates the data of the musical piece based upon those obtained information regarding the body of the user, information regarding the exercise, and information showing the characteristics of the musical piece to be listened to during the exercise. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically take a picture intended by a user without missing a photo opportunity. SOLUTION: A comparing part 24 of a camera DSP2 compares image data of the picture taken latest in a second memory 23 with image data taken latest in a first memory 21. Based on the result, if a control part 3 detects changes at the level of first threshold or higher, a comparing part 24 compares two, new and old, images in the first memory 23. Based on the comparison result, if the control part 3 judges that an image change has converged into a second threshold value or less, the control part 3 controls various parts to automatically take a new picture. The photographed image data is recorded in the second memory 23 and a recording medium 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To takes countermeasures against a fall etc., of a music player with simple constitution without making a user aware of them when the user carries the music player to listen to music during an exercise such as walking and jogging. SOLUTION: A movement sensor 41 is mounted on the portable music player 10. An analytic processing section 42 and a control section 11 analyze the output of the movement sensor 41 to decide which of a walk adaptive mode associated with a walk of the user, a run adaptive mode associated with a run of the user, and a fall of the music player 10 the movement mode of the movement sensor 41 is. In the walk adaptive mode or run adaptive mode, a musical piece for the corresponding mode for walking or running is selected or the tempo of the music during playing is varied in accordance with the number of steps being taken. While the music player 10 is falling, processing for preventing the music player 10 from being damaged by the fall is carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data communication equipment capable of creating a world of a new type communication. SOLUTION: An acquisition means 14 in a mobile terminal acquires information associated with a motion of an optional apparatus. A motion discrimination means 21 discriminates the motion of the optional apparatus on the basis of the information associated with the motion of the optional apparatus acquired by the acquisition means. A communication judgement means 22 judges whether or not the mobile terminal makes communication with the optional apparatus on the basis of a motion discrimination output from the motion judgement means. When the communication judgement means 22 judges that the mobile terminal makes communication with the optional apparatus, the mobile terminal starts prescribed data communication with the optional apparatus.
