Abstract: Eine Kühlkörperbefestigungsanordnung zur Befestigung eines Kühlkörpers an einer wärmeerzeugenden Computerkomponente. Die Befestigungsbaugruppe umfasst einen Bolzen, der mindestens einen Nockenstößel umfasst, und eine drehbare Mutter, die eine Nockenfläche definiert. Eine Feder kann an der wärmeerzeugenden Computerkomponente befestigt werden, und die Feder ist von der Wärmesenke weg vorgespannt. Der Bolzen ist an der Feder befestigt und die Mutter ist am Kühlkörper montiert. Ein am Kühlkörper montierter Clip sorgt für eine sekundäre Verriegelung oder Befestigung des Kühlkörpers an der Komponente.

Abstract: Es wird eine Vorrichtung bereitgestellt für die Positionierung eines Gegenstandes relativ zu einem anderen Gegenstand. Eine Feder der Vorrichtung ist so angeordnet, dass sie eine Vorspannung auf die Glieder des zumindest einen Paares von Gliedern des Gliederwerks aufbringt. Die Vorrichtung ist dafür ausgelegt, dass sie einer unbeabsichtigten Bewegung des Gegenstandes aus der vom Benutzer eingestellten Position entlang des Pfades widersteht und eine beabsichtigte Bewegung des Gegenstandes näher zu dem anderen Gegenstand oder weiter von diesem weg ermöglicht.

Abstract: An over-center toggle latch (fig. 3) for securing two members together having a latch housing (20) affixed to one of the members, a keeper (100) affixed to the other of the members (109) a toggle (30) pivotally mounted within the housing (20) for pivotal movement between a first position and a second position, and a retainer (60) disposed within the housing (20) and in pivotal contact with each of the housing (20) and the toggle (30) for retaining the toggle (30) in either of the first and second positions. The keeper (100) pivots the toggle (30) from the first position to the second position upon the closing of the latch (fig. 3) and the keeper (100) pivots the toggle (30) from the second position to the first position upon the opening of the latch (fig. 3). A switch (70) operable between a closed position and an open position wherein a circuit (71, 72) is closed only when the keeper (100) is in the second position and the circuit (71, 72) is open only when the keeper (100) is in the first position, the switch (70) being completely inoperable until the keeper (100) is fully inserted in the housing (20) whereby closing of the circuit (71, 72) is avoided.
