Abstract: In a conventional spray drier of this kind, fine component separation occurs, thus making it difficult to obtain a high-purity pulverized product, and the drier cannot cope with a speedy change of materials of different kinds. The present invention has solved these problems with a conventional spray drier by providing a spray drier having a spray drying chamber consisting of a head portion and a porous heat-resistant film provided detachably, said head portion being provided so that it can be moved vertically. In th is spray drier, fine liquid droplets are sprayed with hot air into the spray drying chamber to dry the droplets instantly into pulverized bodies.
