Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Reinigung von Abwasser. Die Vorrichtung umfasst einen Filterbehälter (1A), der ein Filtermedium (2a, 2b) enthält, durch welches das verschmutzte Abwasser (3) in einer Richtung (Filtrierrichtung) durchgeleitet wird, wodurch Schmutzpartikel am Filtermedium (2a, 2b) angelagert werden. Bei derartigen Filtriervorrichtungen ist die Gefahr von Filterverblockungen insbesondere bei niedrigen Filtriergeschwindigkeiten gegeben. Zur Vermeidung von Filterverblockungen ist es bekannt, entweder Flockungsmittel zuzusetzen oder die Filtriergeschwindigkeit zu erhöhen. Die Zugabe von Flockungsmitteln verteuert jedoch das Filtrierverfahren und die Erhöhung der Filtriergeschwindigkeit verschlechtert die Qualität des Filtrats. Um auch ohne Zugabe von Flockungsmitteln eine hohe Filtratqualität gewährleisten zu können, ist bei der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung vorgesehen, dass sich die senkrecht zur Filtrierrichtung erstreckende Querschnittsfläche des Filterbehälters (Filtrierfläche) in Filtrierrichtung erweitert, wodurch sich die Geschwindigkeit des durchgeleiteten Abwassers (Filtriergeschwindigkeit) entlang der Filtrierrichtung kontinuierlich vermindert.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables products to be filtered over a long period of time without loosing a filtration capacity due to clogging or fouling and to provide an operation process for the same. SOLUTION: A liquid filtered with impurities caught on or inside the surface of the filter flows through the filter and the outlet. When a desired parameter is satisfied by measuring at least one of parameters such as the flow rate, transmembrane pressure drop, and/or time, filtration is stopped. The back flush is generated by reversely flowing a liquid through a filter cartridge so as to remove the impurities caught on or inside the surface of the filter. The back flushed materials are turned toward the exit of a bowl connected to a liquid discharge pipe. Further, the filter surface can be cleaned in a horizontal direction by using a port formed on the side of a housing adjacent to the outside surface of the cartridge. 여과 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 적어도 하나의 액체 성분과 적어도 하나의 고체 성분과 기체 흐름을 포함하는 공급 혼합물이 필터 요소로 향해지고, 여과물과 기체는 여과재를 통해 유체 공급측으로부터 여과측으로 통과된다. 기체는 느슨해져 여과재의 상류측 표면 상 및 내부에 축적되는 이물질을 느슨하게 하여 제거한다. 기체와 여과물은 여과재를 통과한 후 서로 분리될 수 있다.
Abstract:
Methods and systems for filtration are disclosed. A feed mixture including at least one liquid component and at least one solid component and a flow of gas may be directed to a filter element and filtrate and gas may be passed through a filter medium from a feed fluid side to a filtrate side. The gas loosens and removes foulants accumulating within and on the upstream surface of the filter medium. The gas and filtrate may be separated from one another after passing through the filter medium. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
