Abstract: The invention relates to a novel pump device for a fluid container for dispensing a fluid, which device has an operating element and a head part, wherein a piston-cylinder unit forming a pump chamber is provided between the operating element and the head part. An inlet valve is provided at the inlet of the pump chamber, and an outlet valve is provided at the outlet of the pump chamber, wherein the operating element has an outflow with an outflow opening. Abstract: A dispenser for liquid to pasty substances, has a pumping chamber that has a top pumping chamber wall and a bottom pumping chamber wall in relation to a vertical pumping movement; the bottom and top pumping chamber walls extend from laterally inside to laterally outside in relation to a geometrical axis running vertically through the center of the pumping chamber. In order to advantageously improve a dispenser of the aforementioned type, the bottom pumping chamber wall is joined to the top pumping chamber wall by designing the two walls as a single piece, or by welding or gluing the two walls together, and when the dispenser is actuated, the bottom pumping chamber wall deforms by folding inward such that an elevated region is formed inside in the lateral direction and a lowered region is formed outside in the lateral direction in order for substance to be dispensed.

Abstract: Apparatuses and techniques are provided for dispensing fluid from a dispenser that includes a flexible membrane having different levels of pliability according to a voltage applied to the flexible membrane. According to some embodiments, a biasing device, such as a spring, is disposed on a first side of the flexible membrane and is configured to apply pressure to the flexible membrane. When a first voltage is applied to the flexible membrane, the flexible membrane becomes sufficiently pliable to enable the spring to flex the flexible membrane, pushing the flexible membrane into a pumping chamber disposed on the opposite side of the flexible membrane relative to the spring. The fluid is stored in the pumping chamber and the flexing of the flexible membrane causes the pumping chamber to compress. Such compression of the pumping chamber forces the pumping chamber to dispense the fluid through a pump outlet.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a contents dispensing pump used by being mounted in a container so as to dispense, to the outside, contents accommodated in the container by a fixed quantity through a pumping operation and use the same, and particularly, to a contents dispensing pump which can: increase productivity and lower a product price by allowing a deformed pressing member to function as a cylinder and an opening and closing valve so as to simplify a structure of the contents dispensing pump; and at the same time, be easily mounted in a product having a small space in which the dispensing pump is to be mounted, by performing a pumping operation by changing the volume of a temporary contents reservoir due to a deformation of the deformed pressing member such that a working stroke distance of the dispensing pump can be short. To this end, the present invention relates to the contents dispensing pump which is coupled to a container for accommodating the contents therein and dispenses the contents, wherein a deformed pressing member (60) descends by being pressed and deformed when a push button (50) descends such that the volume of a temporary reservoir (TR) is reduced and pressure is generated in the temporary reservoir (TR). Thus, a valve plate (40) closes a contents outlet (242), and a valve protrusion wheel (62) coming into close contact with a contents opening and closing piece (513) is widened by the pressure such that the contents contained in the temporary reservoir (TR) are dispensed through an outlet (51) by passing through a gap between the contents opening and closing piece (513) and the valve protrusion wheel (62). Then, when the pressure that presses the push button (50) is removed, the push button (50) lifts up by a restoring force of en elastic member (70) such that the deformed pressing member (60) pressed by the push button (50) is restored to the original state. Thus, the pressure generated within the temporary reservoir (TR) disappears and vacuum pressure is generated, so that the gap between the contents opening and closing piece (513) and the valve protrusion wheel (62) of the deformed pressing member (60) is closed and the central part of the valve plate (40) is lifted by the vacuum pressure so as to widen boundary lines of opening and closing lines (41). Thus, the contents contained in the container (10) move to the temporary reservoir (TR) through a gap between the valve plate (40) and the contents outlet (242), and in this case, the contents that have passed through the contents outlet (242) move to the temporary reservoir (TR) through gaps of the widened opening and closing lines (41) of the valve plate (40). When the vacuum pressure of the temporary reservoir (TR) disappears according to the movement of the contents, the opening and closing lines (41) widened due to the autonomous elastic power of the valve plate (50) are restored, to an original state and are closed such that the valve plate (40) closes the contents outlet (242). Furthermore, the contents dispensing pump which is coupled to a container for accommodating the contents therein and dispenses the contents, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, comprises a valve body (20), the valve plate (40), the push button (50), the deformed pressing member (60), and the elastic member (70), and the valve body (20) comprises a valve upper body (22) and a valve lower body (24), wherein: the valve upper body (22) has a mounting sill (222) on the upper side thereof, and has a valve plate support end (224) protruded from the middle part of the inner side thereof; and the valve lower body (24) has the contents outlet (242) in the center thereof, and has a ring-shaped protrusion (244) in the vicinity of the outer side of the contents outlet (242), wherein the valve lower body (24) is coupled to the valve upper body (22). The valve plate (40) is coupled between the valve upper body (22) and the valve lower body (24) of the valve body (20), and the plurality of opening and closing lines (41) are formed. The push button (50) is coupled to the outer periphery portion of the valve upper body (22), has the outlet (51) from which the contents are dispensed in the center thereof, and has a plurality of ribs (511) inside the outlet (51) so as to integrally connect and form the contents opening and closing parts (513) on the lower end thereof. The deformed pressing member (60) is coupled to the inside of the push button (50), has a coupling sill (64) protruded to the outer periphery thereof so as to be mounted in the mounting sill (222) of the valve upper body (22), and has the valve protrusion wheel (62) in the center thereof. The elastic member (70) is positioned over the coupling sill (64) of the deformed pressing member (60) so as to press and fix the coupling sill (64) of the deformed pressing member (60) to the mounting sill (222) of the valve upper body (22), thereby increasing airtightness and at the same time, elastically supporting the push button (50).

Abstract: A pump for dispensing fluid includes a dome portion for storing the fluid received through a pump inlet. The dome portion is movable between a compressed state and an uncompressed state. The pump includes a flexible membrane having a first pliability when a first voltage is applied and a second pliability when a second voltage is applied. The pump includes a first biasing device that applies a first force in a first direction to the flexible membrane. The flexible membrane moves the dome portion from the uncompressed state to the compressed state. The pump includes a second biasing device that applies a second force in a second direction to the dome portion to move the dome portion from the compressed state to the uncompressed state when the flexible membrane has the second pliability.
