Abstract:
In the method for producing a set of cooperating embossing rollers, a modelling device is used for parameterizing the embossing rollers, the device comprising a test bench having a pair of rollers which are put under hydraulic pressure that can be measured and set, in order to determine from the measurement data the parameters for producing the embossing rollers. The use of a modelling device for obtaining the parameters for producing a set of embossing rollers makes it possible to use a very large variety of embossing patterns and foils with diverse properties as a basis and, by conducting tests on this very test bench, be able to efficiently narrow down and predetermine the properties of a final embossing device, preferably operated without hydraulics.

The invention relates to a surface-adhesive-rule technology system, comprising a rule-drawer having one or more cartridges (445, 545, 645, 810, 856, 900), one or more nozzles (440, 540, 640, 700a-b), and one or more pressure actuator (800a-e), a leading mechanism that carries the rule-drawer, and a controller (1900) that controls the rule-drawer and the leading mechanism according to a layout of a surface-adhesive-rule die. In the surface adhesive rule technology system one or more of the cartridges (440, 540, 640, 700a-b) comprises flexible material (814), each cartridge's output is associated to one of the nozzles having an orifice (746, 756, 758) with a profile, and one or more cartridge is associated to at least one pressure actuator (800a-e). The pressure actuators are used to output the flexible material (814) out of the cartridges (445, 545, 645, 810, 856, 900) to which they are associated to according to commands obtained from the controller (1900) and the leading mechanism moves the rule-drawer, and the rule-drawer draws a plurality of surface-adhesive rules (212, 214, 312, 314, 320, 326, 329, 332, 338) from the flexible material (814) having attribute to reserve the shape of the orifice profile through which it is deposited on the surface of a die's body according to commands obtained from the controller (1900).

A surface-adhesive-rule technology (SART) for creating a surface-adhesive-rule (SAR) die and counter die for pre-treating cardboard. Wherein the pre-treating comprises: creasing, cutting, embossing the cardboard. The SART system may comprise: a rule-drawer having one or more: cartridges, nozzles, and pressure actuator. A leading mechanism that carries the rule-drawer; and a controller that controls the rule-drawer and the leading mechanism according to a layout of a SAR die. Each cartridge may comprise flexible materiel and may be associated with a nozzle having an orifice with a profile. Further the leading mechanism moves the rule-drawer and the rule-drawer draws a plurality of surface-adhesive rules from the flexible material having an attribute to reserve the shape of the orifice profile through which it is deposited on the surface of a die's body according to commands obtained from the controller.

An embossing and laminating machine is described comprising a first embossing cylinder (3) with a surface provided with a first set of protuberances (P3), a second embossing cylinder (5) with a surface provided with a second set of protuberances (P5), the said two embossing cylinders forming a nip, and a first and a second pressure roller (7, 9) interacting with the first and the second embossing cylinder (3, 5) respectively; and in which the protuberances of the said first and the said second sets (P3, P5) are made in such a way that in the said nip some of the protuberances of the first set (P3) coincide with some protuberances of the second set (P5), while other protuberances of the first set are out of phase with corresponding protuberances of the second set. In order to reduce wear, the two embossing cylinders have different diameters.

Verfahren zum Herstellen von PrägungenNerformungen auf Warenbahnen zwischen einer Prägewalze (Patritze) und einer Gegengeformtenwalze (Matritze), zwischen denen die Warenbahn durchläuft und die Warenbahn eine Kunststoffolie ist und aus Polyäthylen bestehen kann. 시트 형상물에 요철을 부착하는 장치로서 표면에 요철이 있는 두 개의 롤러의 사이에 시트 형상물을 통과하게 함으로써 요철을 부여하는 장치가 있는데, 그 장치에 이용되는 표면에 요철이 있는 롤러를, 외주에 요철을 설치한 원형판을 다수 겹침으로써 제작하고, 또 그 원형판 사이에 두께가 자유로운 스페이서를 넣었다.
