Abstract:
A capsule mass measuring device includes conveyer roller 10 and measurement device 20 having measurement plate 30. Conveyer roller 10 is provided with protrusions 12 and accommodation parts 13 formed between adjacent protrusions 12, and each of which accommodating the capsule such that a longitudinal direction of the capsule is arranged along rotation axis 11a. Measurement plate 30 is provided with groove part 32 and the measurement plate is arranged such that the capsule in accommodation part 13 is supplied to groove part 32, by a rotation of the conveyer roller, during a period after the capsule passes through the lowest point until rotating 45 degrees, and the capsule of which the mass has been measured is discharged from measurement plate 30 by contacting one of protrusions 12, which is defined as one protrusion, due to the rotation of conveyer roller 10.
Abstract:
A dispensing apparatus for dispensing articles includes a housing and a drive system. The housing defines a hopper chamber to hold the articles, a dispensing outlet, and a dispensing path between the hopper chamber and the dispensing outlet. The drive system includes a belt and a belt actuator operable to drive the belt. The dispensing apparatus is configured such that articles disposed in the hopper chamber are directed onto the belt and the belt, when driven by the belt actuator, conveys the articles received from the hopper chamber in a dispensing direction along the dispensing path toward the dispensing outlet to be dispensed.
Abstract:
An apparatus for feeding capsules to a transferring wheel of a filling machine includes a store for containing the capsules. First feeding conduits are spaced apart along a first direction for drawing the capsules from the store and conveying the capsules from the store to first seats of the transferring wheel. Second feeding conduits are spaced apart along the first direction and spaced apart from the first feeding conduits along a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction for drawing the capsules from the store and conveying the capsules from the store to second seats of the transferring wheel. A first horizontal pushing arrangement and a first vertical pushing arrangement for receive and orient the capsules coming from the first feeding conduits. A second horizontal pushing arrangement and a second vertical pushing arrangement receive and orient the capsules coming from the second feeding conduits.
Abstract:
A medicine feeding device is configured by providing a first rotor that rotates around a first shaft, a second rotor that rotates around a second shaft, a partition wall extending from the second rotor towards the first rotor, a medicine discharge port provided on the outside of the second rotor, a medicine guide section located in the downstream of a movement section in the medicine transport direction, and a height regulator disposed between the movement section and medicine guide section. In addition, the width regulator that is disposed between the medicine guide section and the height regulator is further provided. Also, a medicine counting device is further provided with a medicine detection means for detecting the medicine that is supplied from the medicine discharge port, and a counting means (central control unit) for counting the medicines based on the detection performed by the medicine detection means.

Abstract:
Provided is a rotary type tablet dispenser in which drugs can move along a guide track. The tablet dispenser includes a main body having a space part in which tablets are accommodated and including a guide track formed upward from a bottom part along an inner wall in a spiral shape to guide movement of the tablets accommodated in the space part, a vibration part configured to vibrate the main body to move the tablets accommodated in the space part of the main body upward along the guide track, and a tablet conveyance assisting member configured to move along the guide track and convey some of the tablets which cannot be conveyed along the guide track to an upper part of the main body. Accordingly, the tablets can be smoothly conveyed along the guide track by the tablet conveyance assisting member.
Abstract:
A drug dispenser which can push a drug package in a stable state and discharge it. The drug dispenser includes a drug case (1) for containing a plurality of drug packages (100) stacked in a vertical direction, each of the plurality of drug packages (100) is packed in a rectangular package with a flange (100a), and a pushing mechanism (3) for pushing out the lowermost drug package (100) in a horizontal direction. A guide member (35) for supporting and guiding the flange (100a′) of the second drug package (100′), when the lowermost drug package (100) is pushed out, is provided in a pushing direction of the drug package (100).
Abstract:
A system and method of providing a product to a conveyor and/or carton includes a wheel and a plurality of carriers arranged in rows. A distance between each carrier in the plurality of carriers is adjustable as the product is transferred around a circumference of the wheel. Optionally, a height of each product relative to an adjacent product is likewise adjustable.
Abstract:
A device for conveying tablets has a lower part, an upper part with at least one guide channel for holding and conveying the tablets, and several elastic elements, arranged a certain distance apart, on each of which at least one piezoelectric vibratory element is mounted, wherein the elastic elements are arranged between the upper part and the lower part and connect the two parts together. In addition, the device has at least one control unit for exciting the piezoelectric vibratory elements and thus the elastic elements and a sorting device installed in the area of the guide channel to separate the good tablets from the bad.
Abstract:
The object of the invention is a turnaround device (18) for a transfer line of products P, in particular pharmaceutical products, comprising at least one turnaround wheel (20) that uses a guide surface Sint, whereby said wheel (20) is mounted so as to rotate around a so-called turnaround axis (30) and at least two belts clamp the products P that are to be turned around, at least one input belt (22) guided by the surface Sint and moving at a speed Vint and at least one output belt (24) moving at a speed Vext, whereby Vint is different from Vext, characterized in that said turnaround device uses guide means (38) that comprise at least one guide surface Sext at the speed Vext of the output belt (24).
