SOLUTION: The method enables a highly effective and cost-reduced culture of the fish and shellfish in a culture system of from small to large scale by connecting an electrolyzing line 20 to a culturing tank 12, and automatically controlling the processing capacity of an AC electrolyzing equipment by controlling the inverter power supply 34 with a controller 30 responding to the electrical signals of a pH sensor 4 for culturing water, an ammonia sensor 26 and a nitric acid sensor 28.
