The present invention relates to a masterbatch to for use in a process of preparing a composite material, the masterbatch comprising a blend of a first amorphous polymer with carbon nanotubes, and at least 5 % by weight of carbon nanotubes based on the total weight of the masterbatch, preferably from 5 % to 15 %, wherein the masterbatch exhibit a high load melt flow index HLMI1 of less than 40 g/10min determined at 200°C under a load of 21.6 kg according to ISO1133 and the first amorphous polymer has a melt flow index MFI1 of at least 10 g/10 min determined at 200°C under a load of 5 kg according to ISO1 133H. The invention also relates to the process for preparing such masterbatch and to process of preparing a composite material using said masterbatch.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un homopolymère de lactone ou de lactame, comprenant l'étape consistant à faire réagir une lactone ou lactame avec un amorceur non polymérique comportant au moins une fonction hydroxyle ou thiol, dans un solvant non chloré, en présence d'un acide sulfonique de formule R-SO 3 H. Elle concerne également la composition de polymère ainsi obtenue, ainsi que ses utilisations, notamment comme additif antistatique.

A substantially transparent antistatic, impact resistant, molding composition comprises a miscible mixture of a polycarbonate resin and a cycloaliphatic polyester resin, and an antistatic polymeric material wherein the mixture of the polycarbonate and the cycloaliphatic polyester resin is present in suitable proportions for substantially matching the index of refraction of the antistatic polymeric material.

A blend of polymeric materials comprising: (A) from 1 to 99.99 weight percent based on the combined weights of Components A, B and C of at least one substantially random interpolymer; and wherein said interpolymer: (1) contains from 0.5 to 65 mole percent of polymer units derived from: (a) at least one vinyl or vinylidene aromatic monomer, or (b) at least one hindered aliphatic or cycloaliphatic vinyl or vinylidene monomer, or (c) a combination of at least one vinyl or vinylidene aromatic monomer and at least one hindered aliphatic or cycloaliphatic vinyl or vinylidene monomer; (2) contains from 35 to 99.5 mole percent of polymer units derived from at least one aliphatic alpha -olefin having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms; (3) has a molecular weight (Mn) greater than 1,000; (4) has a melt index (I2) from 0.01 to 1,000; (5) has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) from 1.5 to 20; and (B) from 99 to 0.01 weight percent based on the combined weights of Components A, B, and C of one or more conductive additives and/or one or more additives with high magnetic permeability; and (C) from 0 to 98.99 weight percent based on the combined weights of Components A, B, and C of one or more polymers other than A.

Antistatic thermoplastic compositions are provided in which about 50 to 95 wt% of a thermoplastic polymer contains about 5 to about 50 wt% of a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer. The copolymer is preferably a copolymer of vinyl acetate and poly(alkyleneoxy)acrylate in which the acetate functionality is partially or fully hydrolyzed to yield a vinyl alcohol copolymer. The thermoplastic to which antistatic properties are imparted may be filled or unfilled and include, for example, styrenics, halogenated polymers, polyesters, polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyamides, polyurethanes, ABS copolymers, SAN copolymers, polysulfones, fluoropolymers, and rubbers. In a preferred embodiment, the composition also includes a hygroscopic or water soluble inorganic or organic salt synergist for the copolymer.

본 기재는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 그라프트 효율 50 내지 95%의 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 10 내지 59 중량%; (b) 그라프트 효율 5 내지 49%의 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 1 내지 20 중량%; 및 (c) 방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 수지 21 내지 89 중량%;를 포함하되, 상기 (a)와 (b)의 중량비는 1:1~10:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다. 본 기재에 따르면, 기계적 강도가 우수하면서도 사출성형시에는 유광 효과가 발현되고 압출성형시에는 무광효과가 발현되어 유광 제품 및 무광 제품 양쪽에 모두 사용 가능한 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

La présente invention a pour objet uncopolymère comprenant: - de 5 à 50% en poids, par rapport au poids total du copolymère, d'au moins un bloc polyamide (PA), - de 20à 94% en poids, par rapport au poids total du copolymère, d'au moins un bloc polyéthylène glycol (PEG) - de1 à 45% en poids, par rapport au poids total du copolymère, d'au moins un bloc plus hydrophobe que le bloc PEG, ledit bloc plus hydrophobe que le bloc PEG étant choisi parmi un bloc polyéther (PE) différent du PEG, un bloc polyester (PES) et un bloc polyoléfine (PO). La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé de synthèse dudit copolymère.

본 발명에 따른 대전방지성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 수지 30 내지 95 중량% 및 (B) 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 5 내지 70 중량%로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여 (C) 탄소나노튜브 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 대전방지성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 탄소나노튜브를 도입하여 고광택이면서 대전방지성이 우수하다.
