Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gleitlack zur Herstellung einer Beschichtung auf einer tribologisch beanspruchten Fläche, umfassend zumindest ein Polymer, das eine Polymermatrix der Beschichtung bildet, oder zumindest eine Vorstufe des Polymers, die durch Härtung die Polymermatrix bildet, wobei die Molekülstruktur des Polymers oder der zumindest einen Vorstufe eine Hauptkette aus wiederkehrende Monomereinheiten aufweist oder die Vorstufe diese Monomereinheit ist, die einen Teil der Hauptkette darstellt, zumindest einen Festschmierstoff, gegebenenfalls zumindest einen festigkeitssteigernden Zusatzstoff, sowie zumindest ein Lösungsmittel. A composition that includes solid lubricant nanoparticles and an organic medium is disclosed. Also disclosed are nanoparticles that include layered materials. A method of producing a nanoparticle by milling layered materials is provided. Also disclosed is a method of making a lubricant, the method including milling layered materials to form nanoparticles and incorporating the nanoparticles into a base to form a lubricant.

A material having improved hardness characteristics and bearing, lower friction coefficient and increased service life in clusters of sliding friction contains powder of copper, iron, phosphorus, graphite, dust of disulphide of molybdenum and steel substrate made out of low carbohydrate steel. The material has a bimetal structure with granules inserted in a matrix. The material of the invention is especially useful in the machine-building industry, particularly for the production of blocks for units of sliding friction in machines, mechanisms and equipment.

A lubricating oil composition having a total base number of at least about 8, comprising a major amount of oil of lubricating viscosity; an amount of one or more dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphate metal salt introducing into the lubricating oil composition no more than 0.06 wt. % of phosphorus; at least 1.2 wt. % of hindered phenol antioxidant; and boron, and/or a boron-containing compound or compounds in an amount providing the lubricating oil composition with at least 200 ppm by weight of boron, all weight percentages being based on the total weight of the lubricating oil composition.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for improving a nanoparticle composition and a manufacturing method and a utility method of the same.SOLUTION: The disclosed composition includes solid lubricant nanoparticles and an organic medium. Moreover, nanoparticles including a laminarly formed material are also disclosed. A method for manufacturing nanoparticles by finely pulverizing a laminarly formed material is also provided. Moreover, a method for manufacturing a lubricant is also provided, whereas this method includes a step of forming nanoparticles by finely pulverizing a laminarly formed material and a step of forming a lubricant by blending the nanoparticles with a base.

SOLUTION: The antifriction lacquer for the formation of a coating on a surface that is exposed to friction stress comprises at least 1 type of polymer for the formation of a polymer matrix for a coating or at least 1 type of precursor of the polymer for the formation of the polymer matrix by setting, at least 1 type of solid lubricant, at least 1 type of additive as desired for enhancing solid nature, and at least one type of solvent, wherein the molecular structure of the polymer or the at least one type of precursor has the main chain of a repeated monomer unit or the precursor is such a monomer unit that forms a part of the main chain, and at least the main chain or main chain part of the molecular structure has a complete conjugated bond system. The present invention provides a grease composition which is excellent in peel resistance, not to mention lubricity, as compared with the prior art products. A novel grease composition for rolling bearing is provided, comprising a base oil, an extender, an inorganic compound-based filler having an average particle diameter of not more than 2 mum and zinc dithiocarbamate.
