The invention concerns a concrete paving or the like, for producing a floor covering by reciprocal interlocking of adjacent pavements comprising in its thickness: a top zone (10), generally spindle-shaped (1), bordered laterally and symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis by two harmonic curves (11, 12) each extending practically over a wavelength; a bottom zone (20), globally diamond-shaped, with its axes coinciding in vertical projection with those of the top zone, the transverse axis of the diamond being shorter than the transverse axis of the top zone (10), and the longitudinal axis of the diamond being longer than the longitudinal axis of the top zone (10), the base zone (20) having in the proximity of the transverse axis a transverse extension (22) limited by the external outline of the top zone (10); and an intermediate zone (30), located between the top zone (10) and the base zone (20), for connecting the outline of the top zone to the outline of the base zone.

For fuel pump stations there is designed a modular platform, comprising an array of flat segments arranged side by side, where at least each inner segment (1) has its upper surface provided with outlet means interconnected with outlet means of adjacent segments, where at least one of the segments (1, 2) includes outlet means merging into the segment cavity (6) of said segment, the cavity (6) being furnished with an interchangeable filter means and opening into an outlet chamber (7) with a hydrocarbon sensor (8). Preferably the cavity (6) with the filter means is located at least in one of the outer segments (2).

The inventive floor covering element comprises a top side, a bottom side, with which it can be laid onto a floor area, and comprises two faces arranged on opposite sides and two lateral sides which extend in a manner that is essentially perpendicular to said faces, and which are arranged on opposite sides. A trough-like recess is configured on the top side and extends over the entire length of the floor covering element. In order to enable water to be channeled away in a controlled manner, the trough-like recess is configured between two bank-like elevations which extend over the entire length of the floor covering element, which are upwardly convex in the cross-sections thereof, and which run parallel to one another. The recess is preferably concave in the cross-section thereof, and the surface of the elevations transitions into the surface of the recess in a smooth and continuous manner.

This invention concerns an element 1 intended to be laid on a base A in order to obtain at least one of walking surfaces, traffic-bearing surfaces, decorative surfaces and other types of surface. The element 1 comprises stones 2 and a grout 3. The stones 2 are arranged at a distinct distance from each other. The grout 3 forms a slab 4 that is arranged under or behind each stone 2 and that holds the stones 2 together. The grout 3 fills the spaces 5 that are present between the stones 2. The grout 3 forms and constitutes together with one surface 2.1 of each stone 2 at least one of a wear surface, a decorative surface, an upper side and a front surface 6 of the element 1. The invention concerns also a method for the manufacture of an element 1 according to the invention and a form that is to be used during the manufacture of an element 1 according to the invention.
