Abstract:
Disclosed is a one-touch type pipe connection device. In an one-touch type pipe connection device wherein a watertight state is maintained by an O-ring in a state where the pipe is not pulled out by a snap ring only by inserting the pipe, a snap ring for preventing deviation of the pipe, an O-ring for maintaining a watertight state, and a sleeve are disposed within a pipe-joining unit. Therefore, the waterproof state is kept only by inserting the pipe.
Abstract:
Coupling device for conduits for pressurized media which consists of at least two coupling parts (1, 2) which are possible to couple to each other in the shape of a female part and a male part which is insertable into the female part. A locking device is arranged to hold the coupling parts completely coupled in a locking position. The locking device comprises a locking organ (11) positioned at one of the coupling parts (2) which in a locking position attaches into a recess (12) in the other coupling part. A sealing organ (6) in the locking position achieves sealing between the coupling parts. The other coupling part (1) exhibits a further recess (16) in which the locking organ can be brought to locking of the coupling parts (1, 2) in an outer locking position when the two coupling parts are coupled to each other. In the outer locking position there is incomplete sealing with the two coupling parts being locked so that they are prevented from coming apart but are incompletely coupled together and allowed to be brought together to said locking position for the complete coupling of the coupling parts. In the presence of pressurized media this enables an indication that the outer locking position has been assumed due to the presence of leakage of pressurized media. The leakage is obtained via a leakage groove (20) which is angled towards the radial plane of the coupling parts. The leakage groove can thus be made by means of rotating machining.
Abstract:
A locking assembly for a door assembly of an agricultural vehicle includes: an actuator that defines an actuator axis and is linearly movable between a first position and a second position and rotatable about the actuator axis between a first locking orientation and a second locking orientation and includes a pair of locking features; a biaser configured to bias the actuator toward the first position; an energizer configured to bias the actuator toward the first locking orientation when the actuator is in the second locking orientation; and a lock configured to engage a second locking feature when the actuator is in the second locking orientation. Linear movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position while the actuator is in the second locking orientation causes the lock to disengage from the second locking feature so the energizer rotates the actuator towards the first locking orientation.
Abstract:
A method of coupling a pipe length to a piping element can include arranging a gland over an end of the pipe length, the gland including a joint restraint assembly, the pipe length defining an outer pipe surface; arranging the end of the pipe length within a socket defined by the piping element; fastening the gland to the piping element; and activating the joint restraint assembly by hand to prevent removal of the pipe length from the socket.
Abstract:
A cover for a connector, wherein the cover is adapted to be locateable over at least a portion of the connector, and wherein the connector has a fluid pathway formed therethrough. The connector has a first portion and a second portion, and wherein, when the cover is located over the portion of the connector, ingress of impurities into the fluid pathway is prevented.
Abstract:
A hydraulic connecting part for connecting to a hydraulic counterpart to form a hydraulic flow path between the hydraulic connecting part and the counterpart, including: a hydraulic connecting duct having a connection opening which faces the counterpart during the connection; a closure for the connection opening to keep a hydraulic liquid in the hydraulic connecting duct at a minimum pressure; and a fastening arrangement to fasten the connecting part to the counterpart.
Abstract:
A protective cap assembly for hydraulic ports of a component includes a plurality of caps, each cap of the plurality of caps installable over a hydraulic port of the component, and a web interconnecting the plurality of caps. A hydraulic system component includes a plurality of hydraulic ports configured for a fluid flow therethrough and a protective cap assembly for the plurality of hydraulic ports. The protective cap assembly includes a plurality of caps, each cap of the plurality of caps installable over a hydraulic port of the component and a web interconnecting the plurality of caps.
Abstract:
A fluid supply line is provided to reduce the labor and cost required for dripline system installations by providing predetermined fitting locations where driplines can be attached. The supply line consists of a conduit having a side wall, a connector extending through the side wall of the conduit, the connector having a conduit connecting segment extending outside the conduit and an inlet segment extending into the conduit, and the inlet segment being connected to the side wall of the conduit.
Abstract:
A connecting device for media lines, having a housing part, which is formed in two parts from a receiving part for plug connection of a media line and from a connecting part for connecting the housing part to a unit or an additional media line. The connecting part is connected to the receiving part via a coaxial rotationally symmetrical plug connection with form-fitting engagement and with a peripherally closed line progression. The connecting part is inserted with an insertion projection into a plug receptacle of the receiving part, wherein the insertion projection reaches with a radially outward protruding catch step in a form-fitting manner behind a radial undercut surface inside of the plug receptacle.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for plugging a tubular bore is disclosed herein. The apparatus comprises: a shaft member; one or more cylindrical compressible seals slideably disposed around the shaft member, wherein the shaft member passes axially through the one or more cylindrical seals; one or more cylindrical hard sleeves having one or more conical ends slideably disposed around the shaft member and adjacent to the one or more cylindrical seals; a flange attached at or near a distal end of the shaft member, wherein the flange retains the cylindrical sleeves and cylindrical seals on the shaft member; and a pulling mechanism disposed at or near a proximal end of the shaft member, wherein the seal is positioned between the flange and the one or more cylindrical hard sleeves such that compression of the seal causes it to expand away from the shaft member.
