Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device, a hydrogenation device for nitrogen, and a leaked gas removing method, capable of removing a nitrogen gas leaking to a heat insulating vacuum chamber for a long period.SOLUTION: The refrigeration device of an embodiment includes: a heat-insulating vacuum chamber; a refrigerator cryogenic unit that is provided in the heat-insulating vacuum chamber and is cooled to a lower temperature than 195°K; a catalytic electrode that is provided in the heat-insulating vacuum chamber and contains a transition metal at least in part of a surface thereof; a power supply that applies a voltage to the catalytic electrode; and a heating unit that is provided in the heat-insulating vacuum chamber and heats the catalytic electrode. In this refrigeration device, the catalytic electrode is insulated from the heat-insulating vacuum chamber and the heating unit, and the heating unit is insulated from the heat-insulating vacuum chamber and the catalytic electrode.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally insulated container which does not have partial reduction of heat insulating performance but has a prolonged stability. SOLUTION: The thermally insulated container is configured to store an inner container 1 in an outer container 2 with a gap 3 disposed therebetween. The gap 3 is provided with a bag 4 filled with gas having thermal conductivity lower than that of air. The bag 4 has a reinforcing body 10 composed of a material with higher rigidity than that of a component of the bag 4, at least a part of its periphery. This reinforcing body 10 is formed in a rectangular shape along a periphery of the bag 4, and specifically along at least two opposing sides among sides of the bag 4. One of the inner container 1 or the outer container 2 has a recess or a protrusion. The reinforcing body 10 has a protrusion or a recess in correspondence to the recess or the protrusion. The bag 4 is inserted into the gap 3 while one protrusion of the container or the reinforcing body 10 is inserted into the other recess of the container or the reinforcing body 10. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch refrigerant relay unit facilitating disassembly work, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A branch unit 5 for branching refrigerant piping 41 into a plurality of branch refrigerant pipelines 11, 21, 31 is provided with a heat insulating material resin casing 51 and a foam heat insulating material casing 54. The heat insulating resin casing 51 surrounds a branch part 88 while ensuring a heat insulating space 50S between itself and the branch part 88.
