Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment agent for drycleaning, capable of preventing a ring-shaped stain of a material to be washed by being imparted to a treated part after removing a water-soluble stain of the material to be washed by using the pretreatment agent containing water, and besides having excellent detergency against oil stain; and to provide a pretreatment method for the drycleaning, using the pretreatment agent. SOLUTION: The pretreatment agent for the drycleaning contains 75-100 mass% glycol ether compound represented by general formula [1]: R 1 O(R 2 O)nH [1] (wherein, R 1 is a 4-22C alkyl or alkenyl group; R 2 is a 2-3C alkylene group; and n is 1-10), and 0-25 mass% dissolution assistant. The pretreatment method for the drycleaning comprises treating the material to be washed by using the pretreatment agent containing water, and imparting the pretreatment agent for the drycleaning to the treated part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry-cleaning solvent which can be a substitute for a chlorofluorocarbon solvent and to provide a dry-cleaning method utilizing the same. SOLUTION: 2,3-Dihydrodecafluoropentane is used as a dry-cleaning solvent. Aqueous 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol in an amount of 20-60 v/v% is added to the solvent and mixed to form the drying-cleaning fluid. The dry-cleaning method comprises immersing clothing to be cleaned in the solvent, spraying the dry-cleaning fluid onto the clothing, and rotating and cleaning the clothing in the dry-cleaning fluid. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possibility of shrink even in the case of woolen clothes and clothes mode of wool-mixed fabric, by improving a cleaning technology of a system in which water-soluble stains are removed by the addition of small amounts of water and detergent to a solvent. SOLUTION: In a prior art, an internal drum 1 is rotated in the direction of an arrow (a) as shown in Fig. (A) and clothes are tossed upward and tumbled downward as indicates by an arrow (b), therefore washing is enhanced by rubbing action and striking action, which, however, causes the clothes to shrink in the case they are woolen. To counteract it, rotating speed is increased to such a degree that the clothes to be washed are rotated (in the direction of an arrow (c)) together with the internal drum as shown in Fig. B, and an intermittent rotation such as rotating for dozens of seconds and stopping for several seconds is carried out, thereby mutually moving a large number of clothes loosely and slowly and producing a stirring effect. Thus, the cause of shrink by rubbing and striking can be prevented.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for washing with which laundry is washed at home while using safe, effective and non-aqueous washing liquids with low environmental load. SOLUTION: A spinning tub 16 is arranged in a washing machine 11 and the washing liquid is supplied from an operating liquid storage unit 12 to the spinning tub 16. When the operating liquid is charged into the spinning tub 16, a three-way valve 22 is opened between conduits 23 and 24, and the operating liquid enters a compressor/condensor 25 and is partially condensed at least. The combination of laundry and operating liquid is stirred by a stirring means in a comparatively short time in comparison with an automatic washing machine to use water as the operating liquid in the spinning tub 16. After a washing cycle, a three-way valve 27 is opened and conduits 28 and 29 are communicated. An already activated drain pump pumps up the operating liquid through the three-way valve 27 and a conduit 32 and discharges it to a dirty water container 33. The operating liquid is evaporated in the dirty water container 33 and while remaining captured dirty particles in the dirty water container 33, the gaseous operating liquid is returned through a conduit 34, filter 35 and conduit 19 to a tank 17.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dry cleaning device capable of performing a washing process and a drying process in one machine and using a petroleum-based cleaning solvent. CONSTITUTION: A curved space part 19 is formed on the inner side of a door 3 freely openably and closably mounted at the front end part of a housing 2, an explosion-proof type tightly sealed motor 20 is projectingly provided on the inner side center part of the door 3 and a fan 21 facing the inner door 12 of a drum 7 is freely rotatably journaled with the tip of the tightly sealed motor 20. Along the inner peripheral wall surface of the curved space part 19 of the door 3, a heating coil 22 is disposed at an upper part and a cooling coil 23 is disposed at a lower bottom part, respectively. Further, to the housing 2, a vacuum pump 40 is connected.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To solve the trouble of destruction of the ozone layer caused by the release of CFC gases into the atmosphere by using a low boiling point solvent instead of CFC 113. CONSTITUTION:A dry-cleaning method with a dry cleaner using an organic solvent such as perchloroethylene or terpene (petroleum product) is characterized in that the solvent having been used is replaced by a hydrofluorocarbon solvent, such as 1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-decafluoropentane, having a lower boiling point and not having an ozone layer-destroying ability during a cleaning process or just before a drying process, thereby enabling to treat a dry-cleaning article in a shortened drying time in the same treating tank.
