When the viewer pushes or draws the upper part of the display panel 100, a ball 133 in the cavity 132 of the 1st device 100 comes out of the recessed part 125 of a support member 120 and rushes into an adjacent recessed part 125, and then the display panel 100 is slanted up or down so as to adjust the elevation at the viewer. When the handle 162 of the 2nd device 150 is rotated, its driving force is transmitted to a driven pinion 175 to move the support member 120, and then the display panel 100 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, so that its azimuth is varied.
