    Abstract: A computer system for testing a user interface (UI) includes a test creation module, a test execution module, a path entry module, and an analysis module. The test creation module obtains testing parameters including a UI location and goal criteria. The test execution module obtains a state of the UI based on the location, sets a current position to a predetermined location, executes tests according to the obtained state and the current position, stores test distance or test data results from completed UI tests, and determines a shortest path toward the goal in the UI based on the completed UI tests. The path entry module receives preferred path information and accordingly generates a preferred path toward the goal. The analysis module compares the determined shortest path to the generated preferred path and outputs an analysis result according to the comparison of the determined shortest path to the generated preferred path.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a pharmacy order processing system is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of picking workstations, each picking workstation including a plurality of bins. The system also includes a plurality of trays for earn ing a plurality of pharmacy- orders, a tray drop-off station, and a tray delivery conveyor extending between the tray drop-off station and the plurality of picking workstations. The system further includes a tray delivery conveyor extending between the tray drop-off station and the plurality of picking workstations. The system includes a plurality of packing workstations, each packing workstation including an opening to receive a scale and a plurality of receptacles configured to receive shipping label printers. The system also includes at least one inspection workstation, the at least one inspection workstation including at least one product scanner. The system further includes a packing delivery conveyor extending from the plurality of packing workstations.

    Abstract: A system and method for load balancing within a packing system may identify locations of carrier devices in the packing system based on optical communications between the carrier devices and route communication devices disposed at different locations along the routes of the packing system. The system and method can identify zones associated with different segments of the routes, determine whether a number and/or density of the carrier devices in a zone exceeds a threshold, and, responsive to the number and/or the density exceeding the threshold, (a) the carrier devices are directed to move to reduce the number and/or the density of the carrier devices and/or (b) the task performed by one or more of the task stations of the packing system is changed.

    Abstract: A pharmaceutical order processing system, components thereof, and associated methods. The pharmaceutical order processing system includes an order processing device, a container former, and a pharmaceutical dispensing device. The order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order of one or more pharmaceuticals and determines a container volume for containing at least a portion of the one or more pharmaceuticals based on the one or more pharmaceuticals. The container former is communicatively coupled to the order processing device. The container former forms a pharmaceutical container having the container volume determined by the order processing device. The pharmaceutical dispensing device is also communicatively coupled to the order processing device. The pharmaceutical dispensing device dispenses said at least a portion of the one or more pharmaceuticals into the pharmaceutical container formed by the container former.
